If you haven`t received confirmation for your ICO site account email, please check spam folder or send again email to rideon@wavesplatform.com Otherwise you won`t be able to withdraw. For sure you are on newsletter list. so if i didnt recived that email im out right?, cause i did suscribed too but nothing arrived. If you haven`t received confirmation email for your ICO account please send message to rideon@wavesplatform.com to resend it for you. Subscribing is different thing. If you did before the end of ICO you are good. |

I'm an investor in waves, and have just looked at the price on yobit. 0.021. Wow!
I understand these are I o u on behalf of yobit. However we have no access to wallets or anything so how does this all work if we are unable to transfer our waves/sell them. Sorry if this has been asked before or is obvious. How would someone sell even if they could? With no access to the wallet etc?

Yobit aka Yo scam has opened the IOU waves market and started to trade and manipulate the orders. You can't send your waves token to them because it doesn't still exist a client/wallet, you can only buy those waves (I don't suggest you to do it) and trade with them internally. I was bad move from their side now a lot of people can see what's going on  They did the same thing with lisk earlier, noone cared. Only retards use yobit either way, they're feeding off of the stupidity of the lowest common denominator of the crypto community. I get it. Thought I was rich for a while. We still all could be? Could 0.02btc be a realistic price per wave? |

How people who buy at Yobit don’t get this  Yobit can create unlimited supply of IOU’s and buy it from itself through proxies and draw what ever candles they wish on a chart and this way suck in poor sheep into giving away real bitcoins for inflated price. You better wake up people-you will be able to buy Waves a lot cheaper when official trading stars and doing so you not only get more Wave but you would also support and will contribute to the real market price discovery . No to mention that buying now from Yobit you are supporting corrupt structure. Yobit could buy the Waves on the open market from other exchanges it, its bound to be 100x less than what they sold it for. Its not a scam I would say, its just whoever is buying is an idiot. On Lisk's opening day ON BITTREX, someone bought 20 BTC at .01 or something insane. I saw the trade go through and I'm like holding my head in amazement. I appreciate your remark but feel you are missing whole nature of a Promise/IOU. By the way what do you mean by "Yobit could buy the Waves on the open market from other exchanges "? Could you provide a reference or source? I mean when Waves is launched on Exchanges, they are bound to be able to buy them at much cheaper price then what is being sold on Yobit. Thanks, got you. To my understanding ,in a free/honest/decentralised market you would not be able to sell someone something you don’t actually have in your absolute possession right? Therefore it actually has to be called a scam , because what they are selling right now is a fresh air .And until their deliver technically it has to be called a SCAM |

The link on Yobits for Waves has been available prior to IOUs going live, it just redircted to Lisk.
1. Devs should make official posts about not supporting it. This was done by Lisk.
2. Calling people idiots and retards because they trade there (I don't personally) is uncalled for. They are willing to take a risk on the exchange. It's their money. What's important is item 1.
3. If this was a surprise to anyone, including devs, I don't know what to tell you.
4. IOUs for every popular ICO will happen. It's a matter of devs and the community distancing themselves if they are uncomfortable.
Let's minimize the drama and name calling. So much to do in the coming weeks.

I agree with most of your points although you could say they are idiots if they are throwing money at something with zero to little research just because it's listed on an exchange. |

How do you claim? And how do you know you got it. I attached my Twitter to the ICO site but I don't see any change, It just shows my twitter handle there now.
You will see additional Waves in your account if you followed in proper time. I see 72 waves but that was there even before I linked my Twitter to the account. So is that for twitter or for Facebook? Cuz I followed/liked Twitter and Facebook. Would be nice if there was a description for those Waves somewhere. Yup bounty for twitter is 72 I connected my waves account to twitter and followed you are the bounties still avlb? Applying for bounties ended before the end of ICO. no prob thx |
