As for transactions it matters when it appears on BTC blockchain.

Is the "when it appears in the blockchain" ie transaction time the time you can see in the red circle in the following screenshot?

Is then the transaction time the "creation time" in the control panel? Because they are the same!

Where is otherwise this "transaction time" visible in blockchain.info?

So if I understand if, lets say, I sent my BTC at 11:58 GMT today and showed up in the blockchain at 11:59 GMT but unconfirmed, this BTC will be accepted in the ICO?

If not are you going to return them to the origin address?

What happens if I have sent them coins from an exchange?

Yes it will be accepted then.

All others will be returned, the ones that were sent after ICO ended. We wil be contacting everyone manually before sending back if we find such transactions.

On the ICO landing page its says ICO is over, and the total shown is 29581.71140396 BTCs from my browser.

the total is around 29600!
some 15 btc is stuck unconfirmed.

Relax. Deposits need 2 confirmations. So after ico ends there are 2 confirmations to go in which btc will be added. So your waves will decrease only one more time at next confirmation. After that it should be final.

Hmm, so unlike Lisk ICO (where donations that didn't confirm  in time were not able to purchase), Waves Devs are grasping every last BTC to prepump the price?
