Where you finding this information. Waves would be traded against btc so it doesn't even involve fiat. Sounds like bull to me.

This post caught my attention while lurking through slack.I Had an eerie feeling something like this would happen when I saw Sasha talk about regulations and KYC requirements in his video interview during the crowd sale. Still hope poloniex will add it but seems like won't be this soon .

Well Polo is USA based exchange.  I am sure its legal team in looking over waves implication.  

However, its just trading Waves coin, not really participating on waves operation.  

I can't really say it wont matter, but ultimately I am inclined to believe that waves will be listed in Polo.
