I checked my account and it balances reduced.
Me too. My balance reduced by almost 30%. What happened? Because the total of 85000000 Waves are being distributed among ICO participators. The more people invest in, the less amount of coin each person will get. 10000,00 BTC raised - Total: 85000000,00 Coins => 0,00011765 each coin ( 1 BTC will give you 8500 Coins ) 15000,00 BTC raised - Total: 85000000,00 Coins => 0,00017647 each coin ( 1 BTC will give you 5666 Coins ) 20000,00 BTC raised - Total: 85000000,00 Coins => 0,00023529 each coin ( 1 BTC will give you 4250 Coins ) 25000,00 BTC raised - Total: 85000000,00 Coins => 0,00029412 each coin ( 1 BTC will give you 3400 Coins ) 25000,00 BTC raised - Total: 85000000,00 Coins => 0,00035294 each coin ( 1 BTC will give you 2833 Coins ) been follow from day 1, tried to maintain above 100k coin when ever it fall below that i have to fill up again. i got very high hope for this project,like some one said "wait impatiently for the launch" "i can not sleep" who know one day it could worth more than 100 each because an ease of use, target mass adoption, ton of worthy feature add on. and you could exchange to fiat right in your wallet. my guess is 10 to 12k btc in the end. and the perfect storm coming up btc should be at 600 by july 10k+ BTC for the end of ICO seems realistic, taking into account the rush that may happen on the very ladt minute. I doubt however $600 per BTC by July. There is no reason to go that high based solely on halving event. |

This surge must be attributable to the rewards halving soon to be upon us. What will the next 2 days bring? I'm thinking that the BTC halving has nothing to do with the increase. More news is coming out from the team, end of the month so people have been paid, the April 10% bonus is about to end. Several factors weighing in that can help the influx of funds to the Waves ICO. If many believed that the price of BTC would increase after the halving, I would instead think that others would choose not to invest in the ICO but rather hold their BTC and hope for a increased dollar value, and maybe look to buy Wave tokens after the project launch. |

As more people participate in the crowdsale the more coins get distributed so it decreases with more crowd sale participants coming in. |

I bought some waves near the beginning of the ICO. Kinda afraid to log in to the ICO page and see how much my balance has decreased since then  It doesn't matter - the lower the number of coins your investment has purchased, the higher the value of each individual coin. In theory yes I know that, but only time will tell. Not much was spent, so I'm content going along for the ride. |

I had wondered what was behind the name of Yuri Gagarin. Thanks everyone for de-mystifying the mystery. Though I guess a little mystery still remains. For sure, there are 16 team members atm, including 3 Gagarins, not counting partners and cooperators. That's quite a large team before a launch. It could go either way. From the experience of some other coins, I could advise you to keep your burn low, even though you raised a lot in the ICO. These things burn quickly, and you may be left with a half-baked product without any development funds. Just my 2cents. I concur. I hope Sasha is a very competent business manager. He's been given an outstanding opportunity to develop the waves platform over time, but it could also be sand in his fingers if he's not able to manage it properly over time. |
