while all the alts bleeding, is it good time to launch waves in exchange? Not a favourable time IMO
why are they "bleeding"and bitcoin is blooming only value in BTC affected, In regards to USD value, its not much difference allin btc thats the way

Why do you mean by send and withdraw in the wallet?
Aren't they are of the same meaning or it is different. Send, which is obvious to send coin to someone. What is withdraw for?
