Sasha, you know I respect this project and have asked to speak to you about some ideas I have.  I am only asking for the team to be respectful even in the face of ignorance.  You guys have done a phenomenal job but have recently dropped the ball on updating us.  

I am sure there are reasons but please do not forget those people that have supported this project.

No but I would say at least a daily small length post on the waves blog to give us feedback on the progress of everything is the samrt way to go. You will answer most of the reccurent questions and reassure your investors, while disarming the FUD.

Hi sasha, I'm having trouble with 2FA on ico (Google Authetication on my iphone crashed). But I still have the 16 digit code.

They replied they need my password and my ico account.

Guys I can't understand the FUD. We made an ann about exchanges, what's the issue now?  all should work properly, we have to make sure that there won't be issues.  Let's do some AMA here. Ask me anything.

1. You should hire a PR-company or single to provide full information about any news by all channels (twitter, slack, e-mails, forum, blog).
Now we have lack of information. Better way is blog and links to it on other channels.
And you should create a technical blog or something with instructions (how to install the lite client, how to update the lite client, how to create account, etc).
2. Now this work do @Twiggy Smile, but his instructions came from posts and google docs. This is not high level which expected from such successfull ICO project (with all respects to @Twiggy Smile).

Stop the whining. The devs are doing a great job here. I don't get, why people are so sturdy. If you invested money you need so desperately, you are in the wrong place here. No official statement ever told us, there would be an exchange start on the 14th. They told us, that they'll release node to exchanges on the 14th, which they did. Everything else is up to the exchanges. People here are constantly moaning around. This thread is unbelievable. If you invested money you can't wait for for a couple of days, then at least read the roadmap and plan ahead.

You mentioned everything except a 2 minute update here on Bitcointalk, maybe decrease the time on Slack and post an update to the OP of this thread.  It would not take much. Some of us want a simple place to read the updates, not asking for more than a couple of minutes.

I agree that you should take some time out of Slack and post in OP of this thread or get someone from your team to post in the blog or in the wavesplatform website. Should only be a fraction of the 20 hours you claim to be online.

Also regarding the withdrawal of funds from escrow, you mentioned:

The withdrawal seems to have been spent & spent on to different addresses. The "waves cold wallet" you mentioned, will the address be also made public? And next time, maybe you can give an announcement if you/dev team decide to withdraw a part of the funds in the escrow address to not create further FUD. Take for example the case of Gulden, all movement of the funds from their pre-mine is audited & put in their blog: https://developer.gulden.com/premine/
