It is something not correct either they should provide an option to pay the fee in other currencies or should reduce the fee amount from order placement. I didn't understand the logic to ask people to pay the fee in waves when they want to buy waves.

You're much better off contacting support@wavesplatform.com there is probably nobody on the slack that can give you an answer to this problem.

The easiest solution I have found for this problem right now is to simply send the BTC to another address and send it back again. This will clear any DEX orders which have reserved those funds.
