Ok let's put dates and digits aside, I can clearly see Sunday as the day to expect a mail with more info.
Anyways, i assume not everyone reads English but then again, i thought the various translations made significant impact towards the airdrop registration and a lot more did not see "Sunday"?

To answer your question directly, i'll say YES! If you don't receive email, you didn't pass check and hence no Airdrop.
I'm not a developer with PROCOM so my answer might be right or wrong!

What I think.

I don't believe all will qualify to receive the airdrop due to Proxies, Vpn, Tor and other means to mask identity online.
I also believe other innocent ones will fall victims to this checks because there are times when it becomes very difficult to tell the difference between real and fake.
I also believe others will have a successful double entries because of RDPs', VPS, and other dedicated servers alike.

Of all these, i think those in charge of airdrop must send a mail to every participants letting them know if they were selected or not, that way, no one wil spam them will mails.
