If he has defamed you, harmed you or otherwise committed a tort against you, then you most likely will be able to serve him at the above address if you wish to pursue legal action against him. You will most likely not be able to maintain whatever level of anonymity that you have if you do wish to pursue legal action against him. Additionally, pursuing legal action against Vod may not be successful, even if the courts find that he has in fact broken the law due to the fact that Vod supposedly has a form of Tourettes, and a court may be reluctant to award a judgment for something that someone with Tourettes has said in the past, as doing so may be poor public policy.

RE the screenshot of the PM from Vod -- he is clearly trolling you, and has no interest in having a reasonable conversation with you.

Oh for christ's sake no one is going to do this, you yourself haven't done this with your self-escrow issue and lying about the ban evasion.

I've come to believe that Vod is 99% fair which isn't bad for being someone on the internet.  That's who Vod is.  He tends to be spot-on in picking out scams and has been doing this for years on this forum.  Look at his trust feedback--not that it's always accurate but in his case it pretty much is.

Anyway, I really have not seen any evidence that the OP was actually escrowing for himself, nor that he is an alt of the person he was supposedly escrowing for. The claim that the OP was escrowing his own deal appears to be based on speculation. I do acknowledge that the fact that the OP said that the Kanapka account was sold is strange, (it is possible that it was some kind of miscommunication) although it does not appear that any deal actually went back that Kanapka was involved in.

There is however solid evidence that Neotux (neotox?) was escrowing for himself in a signature campaign that he was managing (and escrowing for) as he had several of his alts enrolled (and accepted into) the campaign.
