1.You can't withdraw the bonus amount into your bitcoin address.However you can have a trade and get them in cash or whatever the terms of trade are.

2.The second bonus you get is for the free service charge I believe,that means you can have your free deposits trades with no fees (the fees are given to you as second bonus)

3.If I have understood the process completely,you should get bonus if you complete your first trade successfully.

No you cant withdraw the bonus, here is the explanation by alexrossi on how the bonus works :

Use of bonus balance
The bonus balance works as a 10% boost in all your bitcoin deals. When you buy bitcoins it works as a +10% additional bitcoins you will receive for the same money, when you sell bitcoins it works as -10% less amount of bitcoins you will give for the same money.

So for example, let's say that you have just signed up and you have your 0.025 BTC (10 USD equivalent) bonus in your account. Then you match a buy deal of 0.1 BTC, so you will receive 0.1 BTC + 0.01 BTC of 10% boost bonus in BTC from the system.

Now let's say that you have matched a 1 BTC buy deal, in this case you will receive 1 BTC + 0.025 BTC (all your bonus balance at once), this because the 10% of 1 BTC is greater than your bonus balance.

Last but not least, the sell case: you have always 0.025 BTC (10 USD equivalent) as bonus balance and you match a sell deal of 0.2 BTC (so you deposit btc and receive cash from the user). In this case, the 10% boost works as a discount, so system will ask you to deposit in escrow 0.18 BTC instead of 0.2 BTC

Yes, I need to update OP since we have also reduced the % of the bonus placed on deals (that, btw, will raised manually after legitimate completed transactions)

Yes, that's how this service works. You need to find other people around you to buy/sell btc.

Yes! I suggest if there are no deals in your city to try to create one to see how you can place your own deal with a custom amount and location

It is a good news that I received some email notifications telling me that there are some available deals around me, but unfortunately I cant deal with one of them because their location is still far away from my location.

Read the OP dude, there is clear explanation on how the bonus works. Shortly, the 0.024 bonus is like a discount of you use this service both to sell and to buy.
