The Coinprism wallet can be used for now.  Android wallet hasn't been tested, but Lykke is OpenAssets compatible, so in principle it should interoperate, although its not currently tested.

Obviously pull-requests would be very welcome. NBitcoin, Coinprism and Openassets aren't very active, so contributions upstream would benefit the project.

Lets do some math:
100 lykke = 1 asset of the Lekke AG
3,3% of the project value already founded with 500 M CHF at the exchange of 0,012 CHF per 1 lykke.
It seems the 1st try to add a real connection with a virtual token to a real asset and i found it really interesting but...

The total valuation was 15M CHF at the time of this capital increase. So the 3,3% was worth: 3,3%*15 = 0.5M CHF. As far as I know developers own <10%, but I personally don't know all holdings explicitly. The primary founder and CEO holds a significant share, which also reflects decision power. While ultimate decisions will rely on him, it is a team effort. Lykke is striking a balance between decentral and central efforts. Original announcement was on the bitcoin mailing list.

ICO is already done and so in this sense the corporation and LKK exist (no ICO/IPO needed).

I meant that since every lykke 100 corresponds to a real corporate action, it is assumed that the holders of its shares express votes in the assembly, or otherwise affect the choices and decisions of the management.

Buy at 0.014 CHF
Sell at 0.01 CHF

CHF = Swiss Frank. This implies a bank transaction. BTC conversion can possibly also be arranged.

The exchange hasn't launched yet, but buying and selling at these prices is possible. PM me for details. We're currently building the infrastructure to buy and sell ColoredCoins easily, to issue new ColoredCoins, etc. on top of OpenAssets. The matching engine is also opensource. The delta between buy and sell, i.e. spread, will come down.

There exist  1,250,000,000 Lykke coins (LKK). 100 coins represent 1 share in the legal entity. Lykke AG is based in Zurich Switzerland. The founder of the project is public and has considerable background, having founded Oanda, one of the largest Forex brokers, see [1]. The total outstanding LKK is valued at 15M CHF, so that each LKK is worth 0.012 CHF (mid price), up from 0.004 recently. The LKK can be currently converted in a manual process to CHF. It is currently in discussion how the exchange to BTC will happen, since the exchange hasn't launched yet, but is planned for release in Q1 or Q2 2016.

In terms of distribution it is perhaps difficult to compare with Proof-of-work or Proof-of-stake system. LKK does not have its own blockchain, but uses the Bitcoin blockchain. The exchange of tokens can happen off-chain. In that sense it is more like a traditional corporation, as it also registered as such. The reason to own the token would be to to expect return in form of fees earned from the marketplace. It is currently a startup project, but the initial phase is nearing completion. The wider project was launched last year in an open format October 2015 (see [2]). There are currently 10-20 people actively working in the project. The closest analogy is a crowd-based exchange, rather than a purely centralised exchange. It is not a decentralised exchange in the sense of Counterparty or Mastercoin, etc.

While getting wider circulating of LKK is also a goal, programmatic distribution in the sense of the known currency systems is not planned. Tokens can either be bought on a market, or earned through contributions.

For the concept and also source-code, I'd encourage anyone to have a look at the wiki and ask questions here. We're currently building on OpenAssets and NBitcoin, but also keep track of all the developments.

That's a valid concern. More information can't be shared at present. Some investors might choose to disclose later. It is the goal to establish market pricing of LKK as soon as possible.
