If you take a look they ask for all kind of information, KYC stuff, so they seem very legit.

Is any one else having problems on coinprism? I have been trying to send some lykee coins to my other coinprism wallet with a fee of .00021 and for almost 2 days no luck still unconfirmed.

I first tried to send using .0001 fee and the coins where sent back to my wallet after 36 hours

Maybe the fee is to low for the transaction size but the part that stinks is i cant figure out how big the transaction is in the first place.

Thanks for reporting the issue. What steps did you follow precisely? It might be related to coinprism.com directly.

I think the problem is my keys are corrupted on coinprism as i am able to do transactions on another coinprism account i created.

I did backup my wallet using coinprism but the backup is encrypted so i am lost there as i cant figure out how to decrypt it to get my private keys so i can import it back to coinprism in a new account.

Is there anyway i could uncolor my lykke coins and then get refunded back from lykke themself?

If not it Looks like i am out 1,800 lykke coins  Sad

Here is my json file i do have the password i used to encrypt it with. Just cant figure out how to decrypt it. Even tried importing using chromawallet but was more confused.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When i try to do an unencrypted backup from coinprism this is what i get.

Some of the keys are corrupted. You must immediately stop using the following addresses:
14dQ754yntvH63thchCymZmdkNKwymdQJq

Is there any hope here or should i just give up?

Its not clear why keys should be corrupted. Maybe coinprism can help, but we can try and help as well. The method for encryption was "PKBDF2-SHA256".

Quoting from coinprism:

"Important: Encrypted backup will require your password during the restoration. Unencrypted backups do not require your password for restoring, however anybody who can access the backup can access your wallet. Make sure you keep unencrypted backups in a safe place, preferably offline."

"The private key must be in base-58 format, and must be a compressed private key. It should start with a capital L or K."

(Its better to not post private keys, even if they are encrypted)

Thanks for the reply problem is i cant find the private key to enter in coinprism because it is encrypted and coin prism wont let me enter the encrypted one with my password on there site unless i am doing it wrong. Seems coinprism site is a mess.

I should of also saved my private unencrypted keys before this problem started. But figured the encrypted one would be safer.

Now i have a json file with my crypted keys with no way to restore them.

Do you have the password? Lykke can support Coinprism only to a limited extent, but so far there hasn't been any problems. Please contact support@lykkex.com and we'll find a way.

Ok so i figured something out.

The account that doesn't confirm transactions the only thing i did to the account was change the password to a more secure one.

So the other account that works fine and the keys are good i tried the same thing i changed my password on coinprism. And now that account wont confirm and the keys are now currupt.

Then i figured maybe i could use my old password before i changed it to get my private keys but that didnt work Undecided

So this must be the issue. When you change ur password ur keys currupt and you cant sent coins. Now if coinprism would answer an email  Grin
