Regarding the 12 words: After I installed the wallet there was a "step" where I had to write down words that were shown in the wallet - each word is shown separately. I'm not sure if it's possible to skip that or if there might be a problem.
Are you on Android or IOS?
Android you can skip that. but these words are the key to your wallet. these are the seed words that you need if you want to have access to your wallet after your phone was stolen or something like that. i think it was possible to skip that. but as i said it is not recommended to do it.

I never told registration was complex . You are misreading. I never lost these 12 keys , and how could i ? i never had it! i can access the wallet without , with just 4 digit pin code, do you believe it ? Is it really a wallet ? i concluded it doesnt look to be a wallet since my address has been generated in the blockchain by lykke , and not from the app. So i don't know who has my wallet address, and who has my password. The Android app has just a big security problem but no-one seems to take care. I made entire full registration, with USD transfer in it, then i bought few thousand Lykke . The way you make believe i made something wrong is not serious, i would like other android users to confirm the same.

Mmm , when i see this kind of answer ..... it's like saying, please stop that, thanks. ... and i dont like it. It's a so simple question, i don't see the need to contact a support team for that ! and i think i have my answer. Does the android wallet is supposed to generate the 12 keys ? Does anyone know here if it can ? If yes , then , i would be able to backup, and there is no security problem. If no, then , there is an issue , and people should be awared of it, and i will take the necessary arbitrage.

Thanks for the info. i just registered and installed the wallet (android) and can confirm i also never saw any 12 word seed coming up. Another question: in your terms and conditions it is stated that you will not allow withdraw to any anonymous account. does that mean i can never sell lykke back to bitcoin? i do not have a bank account, that is the reason i use bitcoin in the first place could you state what exactly is needed in terms of KYC to withdraw ?

As I understood LykkeX's reply this feature is not implemented yet for Android. I added this topic to the FAQs doc.

Mmm , when i see this kind of answer ..... it's like saying, please stop that, thanks. ... and i dont like it. We have specialised support team. The advantage for us going through support is that we have a ticket and work jointly with the team on resolving issues. We don't necessarily check this forum everyday and its not the main communication channel for everything. Yes, if we can answer the question easily then forum can be an option. But we would like to know: the Android phone details, the version number etc. To my knowledge the seed functionality is currently in progress on Android and working on iPhone.

Until now the App is only available for IOS and Android. I'm not sure about Windows on mobile, but I know that they won't stay on mobile and will do a lot to give anybody access as fast as possible (browser-application as far as I know). This ICO is just about making the first steps into the public and not the last chance to buy into this. What I know is that they are fast in development. It's a big team of skilled people.

Blockchain as Inspiration: Lykke at IATA World Financial Symposium
The Lykke team has just returned from Singapore where we participated in IATA World Financial Symposium 2016 and witnessed how the blockchain can inspire creativity, lead to the future and make dream projects come true.
Lykke founder and CEO Richard Olsen took part in FinTech – Impact on the CFO and the financial team panel discussion. The session was about how the financial department will look like in the future: the role in the organization, the skills needed.
The blockchain turned out to be one of the major topics for The Future of financial technologies track. IATA shared its inspirational idea at WFS 2016 FinTech session - IATA digital coin. Lykke is proud to have had a chance to contribute. Please check the video from the presentation.
Lykke was also a WFS exhibitor and presented an interactive net art object called PicChain at its booth. That was the first test for the crowdsourced project by Stan, a Russian artist inspired by the blockchain technology. PicChain presentation to public is planned for October, but you have a chance to have a look at it now at picchain.net or at SIBOS 2016 in Geneva on September 27 - we'll be in the Swiss FinTech Corner.
