I've got $20k to invest. Please recommend!

I've finally got around $20k to invest in long-term. No, unfortunately I cannot put this on a bank to get like 10-15% per year, I'd need something way more good.
What would you recommend? Mining? Other crypto?

Investors, please get me some cool ideas.

well because 20 000$ is a lot of money, you shouldn't invest them to risky things like gambling or loaning site because you may lose them, and of course don't even try to gamble

if you will buy bitcoins and you won't sell the for 2 years atleast, i am sure that you will get lots of profit because 20 000$ is really a lot

with that amount of money you have to be careful so avoid any invest sites, ponzi schemes, gambling site, loans sites, yes of course that they can give you money but risk is huge too

Which altcoins are good enough to invest in? I tried ETH and DOGE but they all have a very low value and not enough to earn a good profit. Only trading in bitcoins is good but still the price isn't moving since a month due to which I could not earn much. Here the OP has $20k which is good only for bitcoin trading and not altcoin trading.

I would do not very much with it than invest in the bitcoin itself with some cash, around the 12k and the other number of money I would just hold because of the unpredictability the bitcoin itself has.
The halving is coming so you can maybe make profit, the halving will let the price rise most likely, its not sure of course.

Wouldn't do it.  Cloud mining schemes are mostly scams from what I've read, and there are way better places to put 20K to work.  I wouldn't even invest in crypto, but that's another story. 

If you believe in bitcoin, I would just buy bitcoin.  Everything else is extremely risky and you're likely to lose money.  There are tons of advertisements around here about job offers and business opportunities, but so much of it is scammy or poorly run.  Bitcoin enthusiasts so far have proven to be shitty businessmen.  Or scammers.

That is a lot of money mate, but you can maybe invest in some Bitcoins but not all your money because there is also a chance if the value will go down that you can lose some money.
Trading is also very good but than you need first some coins and later you can trade with it to make profit with it so you dont have to wait for a higher value to sell it and that can be good.

Around this time it is quite good to invest in Bitcoin because the value is not high now and the halving is also coming.

i have some cool ideas for you.

1.Just buy bitcoin and hold it for 20years.You will get more than 100% profit.
2.Invest on some gambling site like just-dice.make 20% or 30% profit then withdrawal all but its always risky.
3.Start an exchange site.

I would say again the best option is buy bitcoin and hold it for years..

There are endless opportunities to take a position in digital currencies. As the risk is relatively high perhaps it would make sense to diversify your holdings. Bitcoin is trading in a range right now. Altcoins are... at present mostly have no intrinsic value. There is alot of interest in Etherium right now so researching that is definitely a good idea. Dont spend that much money in Bitcoin, it is good to invest in some Bitcoins but not all your money because that will be to risky and that can be bad if you are losing to much money.
If you have so much money it is also good to save some money and just dont gamble with that money.

(1) I agree with the previous poster.  Do not commit all your funds to bitcoin.  Decide on a percentage.  Diversify.

(2) Even for the portion you commit to bitcoin, spread the investment depending on your investment horizon & risk/return appetite.  All investments carry risk - you need to balance that risk/return profile.

For bitcoin investments, you can consider 3 different strategies e.g.
(1) High risk, high return short-term trading strategy ("buy low, sell high"): But can you read the market well enough to generate the best trading strategy? For every buyer of a coin, there is a seller, so who is doing it wrong?
(2) Moderate risk, moderate return portfolio investment strategy e.g. Keza (http://www.getkeza.com) as an investment platform.  But you need to invest time in selecting the right investment portfolios based on the composition, underlying beta and future outlook.

Every user here is expecting for the halving. Now communicate with a trader and make a bulk purchase of bitcoin with possible negotiations as halving is expected within June to July. After halving you can see a increased price and stabilize within weeks. So start trading at that time to earn good profit.

With $20k in hand there is many option to locate your capital. But I would rather take my chances and create my own business.
I would like to open cryptocurrency casino, and with $20k it is pretty easy task. There is plenty of money for development of a code and for promotional and marketing.

Why gamebet coin what advantage do they have over other terms of investment? Are you guaranteed a return on your investment into this alt coin? Not much time has gone by to see if this one is worth the time to put anything into just yet.

Investing a part of your money in Bitcoin is good of course, but investing into certain altcoins isn't very smart as they bring in high risks. With altcoins you are basically gambling your money hoping they will go up in value.
