I know it's hard to understand the situation for you but if you were to bear with me for a sec (not that you will but I'm having fun so why not) and stop waving your strawman fallacy in front of my eyes, I'll explain:

The problem is that Hardware is child board of Mining, which itself is a child board of the Bitcoin section. If you were to go to the Hardware board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=76.0), at the top (bellow the menu) you'd see the following:

Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Mining > Hardware

That in turn means that "Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Mining > Hardware" is only meant for Bitcoin mining hardware discussions, no matter if the problem/solution is directly or indirectly related to the hardware. In this case, it relates indirectly, since, according to you, the issue discussed was the PSU that is connected to a scrypt miner. As such it can't go into Hardware since the board isn't "Hardware", it's "Bitcoin > Mining > Hardware". Hardware is just used since it's shorter and to most regular users - self-explanatory.

Now that we got that out of the way, let's take a look at the board it was moved to "Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Mining (Altcoins)", or more widely known as just "Mining (Altcoins)". The "(Altcoins)" part is used to clarify that this is for altcoin-related matters to those that came to the page directly and not from the homepage. Your moved topic talks about solving an issue indirectly related to a scrypt (altcoin) miner as such it fits right in "Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Mining (Altcoins)".

But feel free to use your strawman fallacy for the Nth time, even though I just explained the meaning of the board titles.

Example would be approaching the mod to get clarity before opening a accusation against the mods being a joke and you not being treated fairly. That would be respectful.
