Will Bitcoin survive world war III?

if there is internet bitcoin will survive because we can do transaction, but what is the point of having bitcoin while you are in war?

slowly bitcoin will be forgotten if you are in war,so the conclusion is, yes bitcoin can survive but it will slowly dying until nobody uses it anymore

Well i thinks .it also depends on the wallets that we put our bitcoins.. Then first we will forgotten this bitcoins ,we will think the safety of our family members .we can bring some bitcoins also that internet connection will lost and damaged .so i think we will do that before the war starts .

I think no one will survive a world war 3. If that happens, it will be the end of the world as we know it, obviously, bitcoin as well. World war 3 is not like the previous war. This war we will be talking about nuclear wars and weapons of mass destruction. It will be a miracle if we survive a nuclear holocaust.

It won't be that different from the previous world wars, unless this time nuclear weapons will be used like they are regular bombs. Then it's a different story. Then nothing will survive.

Yes ,because this ww3 is advance technology for this time for us many big machine powers to use .like the HAARP ..so if no one will survive but the conqueror of the country will survive.

Many of us have Faraday cages with wide and deep stores that include preparations for disasters. In those preparations we have generators, fuels, solar panels, wind generators, lots of wiring, wifi equipment, computers and hard drives.

World war 3 is very excruciating moreover with you say that technology and weapons of military more modern than previous world war. It will so hard to bitcoin can survive world war 3.

Many currencies don't survive war because the nations backing them were destroyed. Bitcoin is part of internet, I am not sure how we can destroy internet without destroying most of the current civilizations.

Maybe we can ask the question the other way round-- Do we still need bitcoin (or any currency) after World War III?

I don't think there is a III world war coming soon IMO or at least with the current state of the world, Bitcoin would be unusable if the internet is unusable IMO, it would lose most of it's value overall.

In case of a global war the importance of digital money will be non-existent. Necessities like potable water, clothes, food and medicaments will be way more valuable than ordinary money because the economic system will have changed to the degree of everyone for himself and anarchy will be widespread.

The main issue is the electricity and the internet service, because Bitcoin is dependent in this two elements to survive, however i don't think that all the humanity will die even if WW III happen because it will finish with a gainer anyway

As bitcoin is completely depending on internet, the cyber distractions will affect the growth of bitcoin. But I don't believe world war 3 will take place.

It will survive if one of the miners/users of bitcoin's computer survives. There might not be people to operate the computer, but it could still be running.

of course, the hashing power would drop quite a bit :p but the network can adapt the difficulty, that's the beauty of Bitcoin, it adapts, it cannot be destroyed. The biggest treat is trojan horses like XT or Classic, not laws against it, bombs or anything like that.

So if we still survive i think bitcoins has a use but not that to fast just because of the proccessing of the especially bitcoin manning companies who operate bitcoins.
