It's been suggested by a lot of members, that I offer my collection agency services to this board. I've decided to give it a try. My agency is Neal & Associates, LP in MA & NH. Although we service other states and countries. My standard is 30% contingency on whatever I collect. However if the balance is $300 or under, it's 50%. I don't accept balances less than $100.

Basically, a written contract is best, but I understand a lot of people don't have that (although you should), so as long as the agreement is clearly defined between both parties (doesn't matter the age), I'll take the case. There's no charge to you, however if you get paid directly, then you would need to pay us our contingency %, within 3 days.

The way I work is a 1 chance basis... If you get paid and don't pay us, then I never work with you again. If you lie about what the other person owes or any case details, I drop the case and never work with you again. Last thing, I don't work with people that I only have a user name on. If you're too secretive about giving me you real identity, then don't both contacting me. Other than that, I look forward to working with you.

I'm sure there's more I can put, but if you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Have you had successful collection of debt from Pirate@40?
Have you successfully collected Bitcoin debt from/for anyone on this forum?

I could write a whole page on why your wrong, but I'm not going to. Your opinion adds nothing to this post, nor do I care. Most collection agencies are scum, but not all. I run a small, but great staff and in 3 years running, we have very few complaints (my competitors ALL have over 30, some much more) and a great BBB rating for a collection agency (A-) and we do our job well. "Scum of the Earth??" How about the people that scam and steal intentionally with no intent of paying their bills? Just a thought.

I've chosen not to take the case. I have attorneys in various states, but not where he lives. And he is a professional debtor (judging by his credit and reputation). The only way you can get someone like that, is through a judgment, then an SP hearing, then a writ of exon, etc.  Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to go after him.

As for collections, we have a great track record, but this is my first time exploring the bitcoin market for my agency.

How exactly would you even be able to collect BTC from someone? Unless you have their full identity, I really don't see how it is possible for you to accomplish anything.

Exactly. Thank you. Plus, would you loan btc to someone that you only had a username on?? I'm very good at what I do, but every agency out there, has at least some skiptracing skills and tools.

Well of course there's form filling. I can't take on a case without a client agreement. And I did respond to you. Some cases are closed and paid right away, other cases take significant more time.

you can see my experience with this service: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=138866.msg1668909#msg1668909

not very happy, and he refused to give me a refund, even failing to provide the service and not telling me anything until now.

Wow, you just feel the need to post this everywhere don't you? A reply to here, a post and reply on my forum, messages on my forum and here too, etc.

I already you today and over a week ago. I CANNOT FIND EVERYONE! NOT PERFECT.

With the information you provided, I can't find who you are looking for, sorry, but I can't. I don't know what else to say.

Now you're being an asshole. How clear do I have to make myself for you to comprehend this simple fact that I told you a while back.

WITH THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED, I CAN'T FIND THE PERSON THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

I have a lot of other happy customers, but I can't find everyone I try to find. That doesn't make me a scammer. Maybe just human... but not a scammer.

You are lying.  you ever told me you couldn't find the guy, until today.

And you know what you do when that happens?  You REFUND THE MONEY I PAID YOU TO DO THE JOB

Taking someone's money and then not providing the service and/or refund DOES make you a scammer.

He did provide the service.  He put in the work to find the guy that you were looking for.  Unfortunately, he didn't find who you were looking for.  However: He _DID_ do the work, and everything he was required too.

On another note, he went above and beyond what he had to do.  He even offered you another trace for FREE (see other thread).

That's BS.  He said today he didn't have enough info to do the search.  So no, he didn't do the work.  He didn't deliver the service.

And, really, how do you know that he did the work?  Where is the evidence of that?

His requirement was to deliver information on a person.

It is not above and beyond to offer a free one, what good is that?  And anyway, that is on his website as part of the deal.

Thanks "danieldaniel". This guy is lying about me not answering him. I did answer him more than once. I stayed in contact with him for a while and on the second time I asked (took me two tries) about more information on his skip, he finally replied and told me that he didn't have any more info. I can work magic, but not perform the impossible. His membership cost, didn't even cover the money I put into trying to find this guy with very limited details.

To make matter worse, the information he did provide, was false. Now, I'm not blaming him for that, cause he couldn't have known. But I only got a very limited description of the skip and some of the information was false. Therefor I had to deal with a lot of misdirection, before I could even perform the skip. I worked really hard for this guy (like I did for a lot of people on this forum) and unfortunately with this case, my work didn't pan out.

"Valcreations" keep on whining and talking shit, I'm done replying to you. The people on this board that I have worked for, seem to be very happy with my service. Sorry you're not, but at this point (after you posted lies and shit on my forum too), I really don't care any more about defending myself to you.
