And rich people should still maintain control, because they also might get addicted and lose significant amount in a short time.

I agree because rich people really want to socialize with other people to enjoy their life. What is money if you don't enjoys it but of course i think they will just the amount that is really intended in gambling because for me rich people don't want to lose money in that kind of activity or they are more have knowledge in self-control when it comes in money.
