If you were rich, would you still gamble?

Since gambling is just for fun for me, become rich wont stop me to do it.

If we are rich, even without restricting your self to gambling, it will end up the same, you won't have too much time to gamble.

One thing that maybe I will try to keep is to always play with small amounts of money and I will reduce the duration of my gambling thing.

With regards to spending money in gambling, well, you have all the cash to spend, but lets not forget that it is not infinit if we get rich, for sure there is an end to it, so we should be very wise.

With huge amounts of money I can find another fun things beside gambling and thats what I will try to chase if I was rich!

That's the good thing to do, chase what makes you happy and enjoy and share what you have...

We will not be addicted though we gamble because we are not of making money, gambling is just an entertainment for us and nothing else. If for every rich gambler, they only treat gambling for fun and they have big resistance to addiction they will surely enjoy it.

Yes, those who afford their loss in gambling they will enjoy this gambling lot Because they have enough money to lead their life, so if they lose money in gambling, they don't care. The only rich people can do this, the normal gamblers and poor people will not play gambling just for fun, their primary intention is to make some profit. So if I become rich yes I will play gambling.

well i don't really agree that normal gamblers and poor people's primary intention is to make profit. smart people know that there is no sure profit when you play with chances whether you're poor or not. they're pretty much that same with rich people, the difference only being that rich people have a lot more to lose and by that, would be a lot more relaxed and less pressured to win. if i'd have that much money, my take on gambling would be something that i can waste money on with the least chance of earning. so i still would do it but mostly just for experience

you have another fun activity with gambling and i think you enjoy with your day. if many people will think like this, then i think they can enjoy in every time they playing gambling and don't getting rush and too greedy because the money is not our purpose but if we can win the money, why not? and if we getting loss then don't think that our luck is not work, but let it go and don't be sad. there is another day for us to make our win.

Make sense when you are asking.. Because when you get rich, chances are, you are investing a lot of time, money, and effort to reach to that pinnacle of success.. so it just does make sense to ask that because you cannot simply just risk all of your hard earned money in gambling and potentially lose them all.

Pinnacle of success? What the hell! I am born a poor and I know how I want something when I get a bunch of money. I want to feel it first before I become busy again with all of what you said. Dont be a hypocrite. Of course I would use it first to gain what I want and give some to my family then use more until I am satisfied. After all of that then it might be business.

I think he needs to clarify it first, if he will deposit 75% of his total investment. If he will just invest it to his favorite gambling site in their bankroll as investment or totally put it for gambling. And if that is so, then that is too much to gamble and if all of it will be in higher risk and if he wins then he will become more richer but if he loses then he will just comeback to his normal life.

That's actually easy to say but you can only tell when you are in the position. Becoming rich is a hard journey for everyone and once you are in the position you will do everything in your capacity to protect your wealth and you might change your mind about gambling.

Yeah, do it.. you have all the freedom to enjoy your money. You are rich so even everyday you can have fun in gambling. Remember, just to have "fun".. Never gamble for money because you will lose, and you will just waste your wealth once you become addicted.

Yeah as you have lots of money you wont worry about your losses. and for me if im rich i will still gamble to entertain myself or to kill time.

A lot of people here gamble to become rich, but some do it for fun.

The question is, if you wake up tomorrow with 50 million dollars, would you still gamble for fun, or would you forget about gambling and do other stuff? Personally I think I would still gamble. I do it now, and I know I realistically will never get rich off gambling, because I barely do it and I don't risk much money, just for fun sometimes, to test my luck.
So if I had a lot of money, I would do bigger gambles, but they would still enter in the "for fun" amount (for the new 50 million standard). For example, gambling 1K a month would be irrelevant, and winning with a 1K bet can give you big rewards if you are lucky. It would still be fun, in fact more fun, and it would be as non risky as it is now, in terms of going financially bankrupt.

Gambling makes people become addicted, the more wealth derived from gambling will improve our minds to continue to replicate indefinitely. Two things that make us stop gambling.
- Bankrupt and can not get up.
- Suddenly aware of the realities of life, sprititual, and family.
