Waking the dragon.Currently we are in the process of rebuilding our organization. If we have learned anything from the last few months with this product, it’s that nothing will go as we planned. Our team of semi-professionals was somewhat big (or so it seemed to us) in the beginning and we thought the essential roles for an organization were filed, what we learned however was that we did not know the first thing about the roles required in a global organization of this scale and magnitude. At every turn we ran into roadblocks due to our own lack of preparation. Miscommunication and lack of team cohesion also lead to a large amount of delays and otherwise unnecessary struggle.
All's not lost however. We took some time to sort our organization out, further time is required, and it’s going to be long grueling work building the processes we need to survive in the real world… And that’s the real kicker, we all had theory about how this was going to go, but none of us imagined what was holding us up wasn’t our talent as developers nor a lack of vision for the company, but rather the simple things that make any organization succeed like schedule synchronization and having a single location to store all of your company information.

On-going partnerships and developmentWe are actively pursuing two partnerships; one with a well established eSports organization and another with a new up and coming gambling platform similar to ours (however, far more focused on the casino aspect).
We are nearing the end of our deal with this eSports organization (
that is taking GBT as a form of payment!) as their lawyer is currently in the process of drafting the final agreement. However, he has been unavailable due to personal reasons. Once we have formed this pact, we will reveal more information about this. Also, we are working with a new gambling platform which will allow us to offer casino styled games throughout the site a bit earlier then we had intended. This agreement is still in its infancy but we will release more details about it when we are able to.
Unfortunately, we have to be hush-hush about things for now since nothing is finalized we cannot publicly disclose names. However, we are anxious to share this with and will do so as soon as possible
Gamebet Token Ownership Gamebet.GG S.A. offered early users the opportunity to take part in our Gamebet Token sale and loyalty reward program. Gamebet.GG S.A. sold users tokens which, as a whole, are entitled to 10% of Gamebet profits generated through fees collected from match betting pools and through fees collected from the buying / selling of in-game items in the Gamebet marketplace.
Gamebet Token owners must register their GBT address(s) via our GBT registration page, which verifies their ownership, in order to be eligible to receive the monthly Gamebet.GG S.A dividends. Gamebet Token owners may register a GBT address as well as a BTC address (to receive profit share payouts) within the Gamebet.GG S.A. system. These dividends will be paid out monthly at the end of each month. However, Gamebet.GG S.A. reserves the right to change the dividend issuing schedule (cycle) in order to make the process as efficient as possible. The amount paid out per token will depend on how many tokens out of the total number issued are held in addresses registered with Gamebet.GG S.A. Token owners are also encouraged to submit a Bitcoin address with their GBT address(s) in order to receive their dividend in Bitcoin. Token owners will receive Gamer Gold in their Gamebet.GG accounts if they do not register a Bitcoin address.
At the end of each cycle a payment will be made to each Gamebet Token owner that has registered based on the amount of GBT held in their registered address vs the total supply of GBT held in registered addresses. Payments will be made directly to the registered BTC address if the GBT owner has registered their Bitcoin address with Gamebet. Token holders will receive their payment in the form of Gamer Gold which may be used to place bets, purchase marketplace items, or withdrawn as Bitcoin whenever they wish.
Gamebet.GG S.A. was able to reach the max loyalty reward program payout schedule due to the outstanding participation by our early users. This means that the Gamebet Token owner dividend payout schedule will work as follows:
- The start of the first month will begin once Gamebet begins its advertising/marketing campaign
- Gamebet Tokens in registered addresses will receive 30% profit share initial 6 month period
- Gamebet Tokens in registered addresses will receive 20% profit share second 6 month period
- Gamebet Tokens in registered addresses will receive 10% profit share in the second year and beyond

Legal DisclaimerGamebet.GG S.A. has looked in to the legalities surrounding the Gamebet Token and our obligations to token owners. Gamebet.GG S.A. is entirely committed to fullfiling the commitments made in the above statement. However, there is no legal framework in Costa Rica that legally binds Gamebet.GG S.A. to the Gamebet Token statement above. Costa Rica is extremely “hands off” when it comes to any business conducted on the internet by a company registered in the country. As such, they also have low costs and other barriers to entry which is the reason most gambling sites decide to set up shop in Costa Rica. This is a common theme in the crypto “world” as many projects are under no legal requirement to stand by the commitments they have made to investors.
This may be the case but Gamebet.GG S.A. does not view our commitments to investors under this light, which is why we have opened many avenues of communication for investors and users. The team wants you all to understand how seriously we take our commitments to the investors and legal framework or no, we will fulfil those commitments to the best of our ability. The team decided the best way to approach this information was to lay it out in the interest of being upfront and removing any grey areas between Gamebet.GG S.A. and the investors.
