I am going to create an infographic. I would like to focus on some features that cards offer.

Price
virtual
plastic
limits
reliability
how many countries shipped to
USA available
Mobile App
buy and sell
customer service

Any other features and ratings we should add and rate?

Dear bitcoin users,

if somebody is curious about a free EUR debit card which you can top up using bitcoin, give a try for the Bitwala VISA card.

We are bitcoin enthusiasts since the very beginning. My team is working together since 2012 and we recently introduced the bitcoin debit card in October 2015. A few hundred people are already using it to bring bitcoin into their every days life. You can shop in store, online and most important: Cash out your local currency directly on any ATM worldwide which accepts VISA. You can also offer a virtual card.

For our technical efforts and the vision we have for the bitcoin community and the unbanked world, we recently received a serious seed funding investment. We are happy to celebrate this happening together. That is why we cut the fees, you can order a debit card for free. Check out our blog post on that 30 day promotion (valid until 6th of May 2016)

There is no hidden fee in the exchange rate! We only charge 0.5 % for a top up.

Regarding reliability and customer service, feel free to read or publish independent reviews for our service!

If you got any questions regarding orders, shipment, activation, fee or limits, we are happy to support you. We recently published a FAQ section solely for this product at http://about.bitwa.la/section/bitcoin-debit-card/

Let us know if you got any questions.

Kind Regards,
Bitwala Team

So, if I would just want to use my card a few times a year to buy some digital goods online and let's say without giving on my real name.
What would be the best choice?
A Wirex virtual card? Do they work in all online stores? And are those 3$ an annual fee?

Take a look at this thread about list of bitcoin debit cards https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1242788.0

Maybe you are willing to review all of those debit cards and update the OP. It would be a great thread to inform us, if you have a complete list of the available debit cards.

You can get a virtual card from us here https://www.e-coin.io/ or the Wirex app
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/wirex/id1090004654

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wirex

You will only be charged a fee if you have balance on your card. So I would recommend to load it when you want to use it. If you have remaining balance on your card you can convert it back to bitcoin as you can see in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GtY1tN0FEkk

Wirex — crypto-friendly currency accounts, VISA debit cards, bitcoin wallet, and now PCI DSS certified.

Yes, I agree about Cryptopay. It's a very good one: I used it while I was in Wales. I can't say anything regarding other cards since I did not use any of these. But, once more, thumbs up for cryptopay.

I have been a WageCan customer for 3 months. Excellent service, no complaints. About $50 for a debit card.

$50? This seems a little bit expensive. Why pay $50 when others are so much cheaper?

Here is an infographic for bitcoin debit cards. I think its not displayed because I am a newbie.

Xapo have a mobile app. Cryptopay offers a virtual card. Most of them use a MyChoice as an issuer, so the "Countries Shipped to" and the "Limit" should be the same. Also I can't agree with the "Customer Service" ratings, Cryptopay have very good customer service, while Xapo some overrated.

Nice and informative infographic. It helps to compare debit cards by different aspects and it's very useful when we want to choose which card to use. I hope you will continue regular updates of this topic.

RavenBitcoins, that's a nice graph but the first thing I notice is how you got most (if not all) countries ship to numbers wrong. Most of those cards ship to much more countries. Coin bank has virtual cards too.
