We, as U-Ads classify the publishers according to the visit frequency of their websites. This system is applied in order to protect and raise the income of our quality data providing publishers as much as advertisers. Once we realize the quality data and increase in your visits on your site , more profitable banners will be viewed on the site.

There are 5 different classes of publishers and the lowest class is called Tier 5 which is applied to new publishers. Each new publisher starts viewing as Tier 5.

An amount of 0.0002 BTC is charged for each withdrawal transaction, this fee is paid to miners in order to keep bitcoin network proceed.

I think not all blogspot admin can check out the blog of good quality should certainly check out the blogs listed

This makes me a little confused. some people can create a blog easily, but on the other hand people who make quality blogs get affected. like what is mediator said, better look for the quality first than just not allowed blogspot owner to join. i know other ads network site already block blogspot platform and it is bad for the blog's owner
