can btc do the same thing as ethereum ? is rootstock similiar
you mean 10x increase? bitcoin has do it two time already, one was 25x increase in 2011, so yes it's above thereum already, and you will see another huge pump this year with the halving |

If the block size increase to 2MB or higher and the price will be even higher. |

If the block size increase to 2MB or higher and the price will be even higher. The halving could reduce the supply of the bitcoin. If we have the mass adoption, that will increase the price. |

How can you even start to match a coin like bitcoin, here for a long time vs a coin that's just there.
ETH has some great potential I agree with that. But comparing it to bitcoin after 1 pump.. like reallY?

I think ethereum can not beat bitcoin, bitcoin has been believed for a long time while the ETH is the new altcoin, I prefer bitcoin as an investment.

Bitcoin is the father of all alt coins. No other coins can beat it for sure. The only lack from bitcoin is the fact that we can make it as an instant transaction. We have to wait for at least 1 confirmation to be able to use it at any purposes.

Never compare bitcoin and dollar, Bitcoin and other altcoins. This is pointless, everything at the end leads to bitcoins or dollars. People don't care for digital money..  Now someone will attack me, i know. |

Bitcoin is king here so nothing will surpass it unless you purchase alot in any alternate coin you will say the same. Until one that can prove it's self worthy in value then it will keep to the top of every coin holder's wish list to have.

Eth and Lisk are good opportunities only for traders, but for long run don't even consider them as some kind of competitors to the Bitcoin. This is only hype and people are overjoyed with pump, but this is normal thing when pump starts.

all those people who are saying Ethereum will "replace" bitcoin are either delusional or they are trying desperately to spread as much FUD they an in order to push the price higher to unload their bags that they are holding and get out faster.
I liked Ethereum project once, it seemed so cool but never believed success of EHT means death of bitcoin that is just stupid. there is relationship between these two facts.
and now all the FUD and the fake hype will create a lot of angry investors who believed those things and now are facing the reality.

Ethereum will not be a new bitcoin, it is just a coin related to a "trading platform". A platform can also be built to use bitcoin. |

such thing will never happen, and i don't even know why they are insisting on it. even if ethereum or any other altcoin someday could become big and popular there is no reason why bitcoin should still be used and remain popular. besides the price will show soon what will happen to eth. |
