For us, true Bitcoin fanatics, explaining Bitcoin to the friends can be challenging and often as effective as talking to a wall.

Yup, that's why I don't include those friends who aren't interested with bitcoin whenever I teach my other friends. No matter how constructive your explanation was, it means nothing to those people who are not interested.

Yes people who are really interested will catch it at a very first time and they don't need any more explaination to adopt it, if they like it they will simply adopt it.

Grin Worst is that wall will flip to its back side and walk away. That is okay for me. Just dont punch me or hurt me in any way possible. If you dont want to listen then go away I will understand. Some thinks it is all bullshit but if there will be a little bit of hesitation then that is also good.

I think it should be best to start with the Videos and terminologies first, if you can write it, do it, but it would be best to do a video of it..No need to give them the list of shops and exchanges that accepts bitcoin, they will learn them as they start to use bitcoin, just give them a couple of those sites...

A cool thing to do is to tell about the advantages between banks and blockchain. About the bordless thing. Anything that could make the unknown (and sometime untrust) world close to the normal (ordinary) people. It's hard, but at least there are few books to help in this "mission".

I think you telling a difficult way to teach anyone, and most of the people avoid to read any books. i told you very easy way that Bitcoin is a currency
and no one has a problem to understand about money, so it is a interesting topic. you can't say that you have a study about Bitcoins before to join the
bitcointalk. so everyone can learn about bitcoin himself.

How to teach someone about Bitcoin

For somebody to learn something, they should be interested. I make people people interested with bitcoin by showing them my earnings and telling them that it is not hard to do. A lot of people are in front of their screens right now doing nothing but social media. I encourage my friends to join this forum. Once they are interested, I will teach those who are interested and ditch those who are not. Most of bitcoin stuffs are self-explanatory so my friends who has interest in bitcoin does not encounter much problems adapting here in the bitcoin world.

For that someone need to make that thing interested for the newbies, We have to show them the interesting features of bitcoin and in that way their interest will be initiated in bitcoin and after that they will spend more time in front of their screens for bitcoin and not for other time-passing chat etc.

Actually this is quite true. Promotions and advertisements still hold the best chance in progressing Bitcoins and other cryptrocurrencies. Basically that is where it really all begins. And also im happy to hear that Youtube and all other medias are now being used to promote Bitcoins. GJ Bitcoin guys!

Make a wallet for your friends, and give some bits for them. Then let they do anything with the bitcoin you have given, e.g sending money for their overseas relatives, gambling or porn sites. With this way, they may feel the advantage of bitcoin and want to buy it. But it has no effect for my family Cheesy

exactly we don't want to explain more to those people who were interested but the others won't listen us, also asks us that you don't have any other worthier job than bitcoin.

You don't need to teach anyone about bitcoins, just give them some bitcoins and they will learn. At least that's how I learned about BTC Smiley

Well in a bunch of cases this isn't true, besides if you're just giving a couple of satoshis I don't think they'd be interested.

It doesn't work like that. If you send some one some Bitcoins while they don't know anything about it, it will make them frustrated because they don't know what it is and how to use it.

Just install the core wallet and send him/her some satoshi's to test how it is to create and to receive Bitcoins. If you take the time to explain the basic things, then they will search for more information by themselves as they start to like it more and more. That's basically how I got interested in Bitcoin.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

If anyone is interested in using bitcoins, it will be very easy to show them the way. This forum is the number source of information for any bitcoin newbie. You can also introduce them to the world of bitcoins by selling some bitcoin for fiat so that they know the importance.

if anybody is already interested in using bitcoin it means they already know about bitcoin. so you have your work cut out for you, and you only have to teach them how to use a wallet for example.

the hard part is teaching someone who doesn't even know what bitcoin is to start with.

The best way to teach someone about new thing is giving him the chance to try . so the first step is to do a small giveaway to that person and to teach him the basic of the wallet \security ..etc
Then you might tell him how to spend that a mount of bitcoin in payment or trading.
I did it before with someone nowadays he is more addict than me.

That could work. In my case everything is free. A friend told me about faucet first. Started with that option or earning then tried to widen it more asking my friend how to get more. I think it will be all about the person on how he will be willing to do it and pursue more.
Yes faucet are gateway for many people here including myself. You will get start using and adopting with bitcoin system when you obtain some for free. Then you will get more interest to learn how it works.
Yes faucet are part of bitcoin ecosystem which is very much needed to get bitcoins promoted to new people. Faucet provide practical way of learning bitcoin by starting with it for free.

It will be easier if you let them to practice it themselves by your help, because usually most people wont be interested if they just get explanation, even though you showing your earning.

Yes very true, faucet can be regarded as the initial stage of the introduction of bitcoin. Because people who are new in bitcoin surely can only play faucet. Faucet is an early stage to play bitcoin. But if it is a long time in bitcoin and other methods certainly already know most people will leave the faucet.
