Just like how the saying goes, "Give a man a fish, and he'll live for one day. Teach someone to fish, then he'll live for the rest of his life." Just like in bitcoins, if you give someone some coins, they might just spend it on gambling or some ponzi investment sites out there. If you teach him how to make coins, then he'll carry on having more and more coins.

All I'm saying is that you have to guide him/her after giving some coins. Might as well don't give him/her any coin because it probably will just end up being invested in some scam sites. We all been on that stage. We all thought that they would really pay us. But unfortunately, they don't pay at all.

off course first is attitude and proper mindset but teach the most basic things like finding an interesting topic to post and patience where to post and how to enroll and basic things to avoid.

Yeah trials are there if your newbie and we feel the same when in our newbie days, and if you teach someone with bitcoin is all you need is patience because starters are cannot easily understand properly bitcoin because ite kinda complicated thing and video tutorial migh helpful to them because they can see visually about bitcoin and one on one tuturial for you is must.

It's difficult question.
First, people should have regular access to Internet and modern technology (computers, smartphones etc.)
Second, they should not be afraid to use Internet for financial transactions, Internet banking, buying staff etc.
Third, they should be open for new ideas.
If anything lucking, it's very difficult to teach them about Bitcoin.
Some pre conditions are really needed in order that you can teach someone about bTC but even this is not guarantee that this person weill like idea behind bTC.
It's sad reality.

teaching people about bitcoin is easy way,if we show them how bitcoin work,if we show them the bitcoin video and any good movie documentary about bitcoin,they should understand with that.

It is not easy as you think, the hardest thing is how to make them interested to use bitcoin. Maybe it is easy for just showing them how bitcoin works with a video, but the question is "will they interested to learn more after watching the videos?"
