How to teach someone about Bitcoin

Another way to learn about bitcoin is to experience it. How? Give some for them and teach how to use it. You can also use Bitcoin faucets to get free bitcoin. So, basically, get a wallet, load it with bitcoin and use it. Everything will just follow.

I think its not so easy as we think. teaching betcoin is something very difficult job. it is such a huge website. it needs a full effort. and I think only an expert person can teach all the aspect of bitocin.

Helping people understand the basic rules of Bitcoin isn't that difficult to be honest.

There are plenty of very easy to understand explanation videos that show you what Bitcoin basically is in a few minutes.

Next logical step is to understand how your wallet works which you can also see get explained in very informational videos.

You just need to have the will and some free time to get to know the basic things about Bitcoin.

teach basics in earning with bitcoins , like faucet or if he has a money to invest try legit mining sites like hashocean atleast 2 or 3 months you will get your money back , then after that proceed to trading bitcoins and invest small amount of btc and learn the basics of trading bitcoins, after that if you have learned strategies after you invest small amount, try to invest more bitcoins and begin to earn.

Yes, it's true, to many information can confuse people.
Also, we are not on the same level and some people can understand more, some less.
We have to adapt to the people, and to some people we can explain much more than to others.
But, before education we should inspire people for bitcoin and this is the most difficult point.
If they are inspired they will make effort to understand.
If not, doesn't mater what we try, they simple don't care.

If the person you are teaching is serious to know what bitcoin is,then teaching him / her will be easy unlike those who only knows bitcoin just to join on signature campaigns to make profit  and nothing else.

That's an incredibly hard question to answer.
I would probably just show them the fundamental videos about BitCoin that try to explain it very simply without all the techy stuff.

I exactly had the same idea in my head, I would just looked up some bitcoin youtube videos and told them also somethings and that together will most likely help me to teach them about the bitcoin.

yeah it's a pretty good method to tell many people at once. so you do not have to rush to give lessons to each person one by one. but with video you can tell everyone who is interested in bitcoin. and of course they can still be asked in the comment box

I think the best method to teach someone about Bitcoin is offering him some coins and then asking him to own a wallet if he hasn't one, and then explaining how it works this powerful cryptocurrency for him

Better if give a detailed about the usefulness of cryptocurrency. So,teach him about coin development in the market and value of a coin, I think it's more better to make interested for him. And make this just a simple step and easy to understand. It's will not take a long time to make him understand about it.

Yes it might be done by looking at youtube, but I prefer to teach or to say directly to him about bitcoin. Due to the direct interaction will make them easier to understand.

What I'm trying to do now is to introduce my wife slowly into the concept of earning bitcoin. That's the most effective way I could find in making her know how bitcoin works. I have recently told her about faucets and she is slowly starting to appreciate those little things. I will then let her know about bitcointalk so she could familiarize herself with what's going on in the bitcoin community. Faucet is a good start. Even if it just have low free satoshis it is still free. Bitcoin price is so high now so those low free satoshis are worth it. She will still feel some money moving. Better than dollar ptc.

Sorry, but no. Faucet is not a good start. I tried this method some time ago when faucets were paying even more than now.
At first my friend was very happy, but then he kept asking about how much exactly he is earning with this method.
When I  told him he can check it with preev.com he said that this level of payment is bullshit. And it is waste of time to try to earn from Bitcoin faucets.
