I have withdrawed some tips coins from the coinexchange。

But this exchange deducted my coins and they didn't send them with tx ：“TXID is not currently available please check receiving address on a block explorer”。

I have check my address from the block explorer。
This transport is failed and the coinexchange's tips wallect have no send them.
It is because when I withdraw my coins their hot wallect have no enough coins so it failed.
I have commit to the coinexchange's supporter system。
But 3 weeks have past, they just only say wait for this tx.
As we know the tips node is very fast,they just don't want to resent my coins.

Ah!! OK there is a way to get this fixed I think.  Basically the CE help ticket system has some automatic rules that process new tickets.  So new tickets that meet certain rules are closed and a message is sent by the system with standard words.  It's because they get a lot of help tickets about certain things and so it's difficult to answer them all.

Your problem is different than normal however, so what you need to do is play around with the ticket values until you create a ticket that is NOT closed automatically. You might need to create a lot of tickets, but eventually one will stay open, and eventually that ticket will get read by a human!!

To save yourself some time, write your problem description in a text editor and save it.  Then, each time you create a new ticket, you just cut/paste from the problem file!  It might also help to add a few more things.  I would consider attached some files that show:

• The block explorer screen shot of your address - which shows the missing transaction
• Any error messages from CE that you might have saved to a screen shot
• Any screen shots of your desktop wallet deposit page

To save yourself even more trouble, only attach any extra files AFTER your ticket has sucessfully been created and left open!

Ah!! So I understand your withdrawal cannot go through.... your first mistake was to use coinexchange, stay away from them they are thieves, your situation has been reported/commented on many times in diffrent forums by many of their customers who they have stolen  from, just checkout some of the coinexchange reviews. TIPS should delist itself from the exchange.

your first mistake was to use coinexchange, stay away from them they are thieves, your situation has been reported/commented on many times in diffrent forums by many of their customers who they have stolen  from, just checkout some of the coinexchange reviews. TIPS should delist itself from the exchange.

Hi Guys,

We checked Cryptopia, and their listing fee is now huge!  So that isn't possible, but thank you very much for the suggestion.

I don't endorse the negative views of Coinexchange, in fact I have used them a lot and never had any issues. This is an unfortunate situation however.
