Bootstrap for faster syncing 1. Go to research window dialog box 2. Type %appdata% and hit enter. Open roaming. Replace your FedoraGold folder or replace the content with the following one (till block ~484900) you can download at http://bit.ly/2Ikf3nIUnrar it and voilà. You just saved yourself a few hours of syncing Thanks vauhoa! This will help our new adopters sync quickly for a good first impression! |

Hi Folks!! We've made a few small updates to the GUI wallets (all of them - WIN/MAC/Linux), following some user feedback. Key updates are: 1. If wallet already exists on overwrite, it now backs up old wallet automatically using timestamped name, 2. Windows status panel now shows when sync is starting (finding peers), 3. It no longer tries to create log files when log-level is set to 0 (production), and 4. On first time use the default folder is now set to users 'home' You can get them at the official project website: http://fedoragold.com/#walletsCheers  Robots. |

Hi Folks, FYI - some idiot is attempting to hack the Fed Gold network. If you are mining you will notice a lack of rewards, and transactions are stalling (hold off on transactions for now). The latest chat about this is happening in our telegram: https://t.me/FedoraTipsCoinOfficialJust like in all the previous attempts, the idiots have failed to steal a single block. What they have done is throw a lot of ( wasted) hash power at us. Unfortunately for that last 8 or 10 hours they have prevented legitimate miners from winning blocks as well. We are actively working to implement our resolution plan and will have this addressed very soon. Until then please bear with us and keep tuned to telegram for updates. Best, Robots. |
