It is difficult to have a limit when you want to get back your money after a loss. It's extremely tempting for most people to put more money in again without really thinking. I think if you lack discipline you shouldn't even gamble at all just like you say because it really can't be helped.

There are some guidelines in playing gambling in a smart way.  If you are playing in Casino or online casino, just make sure you are not drunk . LOL! that does not work all the time, the no deposit bonus is just a promotion from a certain site and you need to meet the requirements before you will be eligible to cash out if you are lucky and you will win.

That is a good idea but you need to have a decent amount of capital to make a decent income on a daily basis. I know what you mean and some people are desperate enough to win in gambling even if they don't have a decent bankroll. Who would succeed if you have $100 dollars and you want to increase that amount to $10,000?

That is the smart way of playing gambling when you have winnings already, save it to your bank immediately so that the house is not going to get return again the winnings that you have gain. And only smart people in gambling are going to do it. Because there are some that, when they have winnings they don't care if they are going to win or lose again.

I must agree with FrueGreads, using bonus or prizes is a very good way to gamble.
I used to bet with sportsbook bonus, and used betfair to guarantee a clean profit from those bets. Right now I don't have more bonuses to clean, but I like that competition.
