Now you're being a bit too conservative as that price level should be reached next year for sure, and perhaps even the $1000 price level. By the time the next halving takes place I expect the price to be at least higher than the current ATH.

Agree that we don't want a hard fork.  There are smarter ways of evolving.

To qualify my previous comment; I do think it could easily reach $900, but I think that in doing so it would be getting a bit ahead of itself.  Let's see what the volume looks like for either direction.  I would position personally a value of $900 around the Nov-Dec period if it is being rational and responsible (given the knowns that we have now, but of course there will be a lot of things that we don't know about yet).  Good or bad news seems to generate a response, but the direction of that response isn't always what might be expected (eg. Silk Road rebound).

Then again, look at the murmurs that Visa and PayPal are making about BTC.  That should be terrifically good news, but the market pretty much ignored it - maybe waiting to believe it when it sees it.

I think the price of bitcoin will tend to increase to $700 in the august and will achieve that value sooner in that month and after that in septenber it will continue to go to $800. It was my prediction, not a bet.

I agree with you. In September, the price could be $800 to 850. In December, the price could be 950 to 1000.

that is not such a bad idea. because it is already trading round about  680. so it can easily reach to that level in next a month and a half very easily. as still the market has a potential to reach to that limit very easily. and i think that is way every one is holding their bitcoin and not going to sell it.

September is just one month away and the bitcoin price is still $620 at the moment. Probably $750 then.

Reaching $700 seems reasonable within one month. If the price continued its rise it might have touched $900 by September but it has started falling back leaving a confusion whether it rise or not.

before september it might be really hard to achieve such price though besides that i think that this year we will definitely see it as people will be buying bitcoins

It is hard to predict anything related to Bitcoin's price. All I have read till know there is some resistance at around $700 once we break that we are going straight to $1000 for sure. This is not clear when that will be broken all is in hands of big players if they will want we may reach even before September to $900. I think it is possible to see this happening as market is calm for some period which also indicates quick rise in price.

Yea i like that bet casino with bitcoin price prediction but you should change to fifty/fifty because everthing can happent so with this bet 4 and win 1 it looks really bad because too much risk for smaller win.z

that would be a really long time to go and i would be really disappointed in bitcoin then, i still hope that we will reach at least 800 dollars befor this year september
