i have buy a named card, but sincerly, don't work to more site.
i have read this in FAQ:

Today, i have add a card to paypal, confirmed, send 20 euro to my friend paypal (i have more of 50 to the card) but already refuse.
The major of sportbetting site, don't accept the card.

All my friend have up to level 3 and use the card, but at level 1-2 don't work in all site

Now, what I want is the card for euro payments physically (POS) and online. Would I need to change the bitcoins to Euro before I make purchases, or is the conversion done at the time of purchase? The fee would be 3% for the exchange from bitcoin to euro? But what bitcoin price is used ?

When you say "the rate specified at the top", is this something (the current rate) I can see somewhere right now so as to compare with the market prices at the usual bitcoin exchanges or only if I'm registered? Do you use the market prices of a specific exchange or bitpay or another tird party? Really the point of the question is want to see if I may lose much in the exchange if the rate Coinbase applies is worse than the real market prices at the exchanges? Thanks

I don't think so . I ordered the card a few months back and I didn't receive any tracking numbers. If you want to get it fast and with a tracking number then DHL express is definitely suggested , Its a little bit expensive but worth it If you really need the product shipped fast .

Yes, you are right - by DHL is faster and more convenient. AirMail is being sent via Deutsche Post and it also has a tracking number, but delivery takes longer time.
