What is bitter lesson that many people have learned in cryptomarkets is these technical analysis work till some certain point and mostly are relevant for day traders. If you are investor you shouldn't pay attention to daily changes. These markets move unexpectedly holding and having patience is always best in highly progressive projects.

Long term holding is the way to go, but it's extremely important to first identify projects that are worth long term holding Only few are in my opinion.

Guys,  the current situation on the market, scares me, mb too many weak hands, or someone merges their tokens on purpose, but it seems to me that we have not yet reached the bottom. Have any idea's or information why we go down?

Probably no bottom yet. Volume seems too abysmal for that.

The volumes are very large, but where there is information from the team about how many coins they have commissioned and for what reason? For several months did not give rest.

Well said and everything begins with the distribution for example. You don't know who owns what in crypto, it's just not possible. If you knew who owns what like in traditional stock markets when investors reach certain thresholds, you could at least try to anticipate what these people might do with their stock. In crypto anyone can acquire a massive majority and control the market. You just don't know it. As long as the product is solid you can rest assured that you won't be punished for holding and I think XLM, despite the general downswing the whole market faces, let's all its holders sleep well.

Always hard to catch the top spots. When it's one the rise your brain tells you to hold and when it's falling your brain tells you to sell. But the brain needs some time to adjust so you always lack behind the top spots. Not selling at x20 was smart when it was at x30, but then it wasn't smart to not sell at x30 when it went back to x20

Absolutely correct!  I agree and can only pray that there is NEVER an airdrop for this coin.

And Stellar [XLM] was one of two weekly winners in a tough week for Cryptos.

Stellar was the most significant cryptocurrency alongside Ethereum [ETH] last week, development-wise. In the week that saw major coins across the top 100 stay in red, Stellar included, it was difficult to point out the best performing crypto. Nevertheless, Stellar seems to have edged the rest in the top 20 category with its performance off the trading floor.

When Vitalik Buterin announced the impending publication of “Casper” and “Plasma” and signaled that Ethereum was poised to extend its dominance over competitors, only Stellar seemed ready to continue fighting for slice of the huge market. The smart contracts and dApps platform has serious competition with coins like EOS, NEO, and NEM all stacked up against Ethereum’s unassailable lead. However, Stellar is the one that is likely to come out strongly out of the rest.

And this assumption is anchored in a document released earlier this year by Stellar.org: the 2018 Stellar Roadmap. Interestingly, the roadmap only has two goals for the year.  The first goal was to have the Stellar Decentralised Exchange launched. The other was to implement the Lightning Network to improve on scalability and speed. The second roadmap goal is going to make Stellar faster and cheaper, but it’s the SDEX that has potential to make XLM appealing to investors and partners alike. Here is a snip of the roadmap.

Yeah, SDEX is traction for Stellar. With this one to be employed there is no need for atomic swaps pursued by some other crypto platforms.
