i think they could claim bitcoins from the faucets or some dice sites that give free bitcoins

also they might participate in signature campaigns and make some small money

Faucets are too boring for kids, i don't think kids will sit infront of computer and claim small amounts of satoshi from faucets which is too time consuming and boring as well.
And no parent would like their children to gamble, and you are saying they should go to dice sites for earning bitcoins, that is sick to be told to a kid to do.
And signature campaigning can be quite complicated for kids as there mind is not mature enough to understand every aspect of bitcoin or maybe even using bitcoin would not be easy for them.

You might as well want to just leave your kids as they were. You might want to not even teach them about faucets. Your kid will not do this kind of things if you're giving them enough money. If your kid is trying his/best best just to make money out of faucets, that's just show how irresponsible you are as a parent.

Just let your kids grow. They will eventually find out about bitcoins and I'm pretty sure that at the time that they can understand bitcoin, they are smart enough to learn how to earn money out of bitcoins.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

it is the advice that does not make sense if you suggest a small child to use a signature campaign or faucets. they would not be able to do that. maybe it would make sense if they child use the dice. they certainly would love to do that game

I think that is the same way with us if theyre age above 10 years they can join the signature campaign all we need just teach them every day and they will get smarter to earn bitcoin.

Why is the age limit for joining signature campaign 10 years?
I don't think most of 10 year old children can write constructive posts about bitcoin.
Also if they can make good posts why would it matter if they are 6 years old? Cheesy

Age really doesn't matter, some smarter kids who can write and read good english can start earning in less age also, I know one child who passed Microsoft Experiment and Got Certificate in only 5 years.
If kids can get that achievement then why they can't earn money. we just need to guide them in good way.

That's true, depends on the intellectual level of a kid, if he is intelligent then he can even participate in signature campaign and start earning bitcoin.

I think that kids should focus in their school and exams right now and when they grow up , they can learn how to earn bitcoin with simple ways like faucets and gambling ...

Gambling is not a simple way to earn bitcoin especially for kids and it would be really risky if they get addicted to gambling at very small age, it will make them lazy and they will start finding way for quick money.

you're right, but most kids are always playing games, well it helps us provide a game that could generate bitcoin. and then we give the results they get themselves to themselves. but I guess it will not be easy

In the beginning if you have no experience than it will be nice that you have to start with a small amounts and that is because you dont know all the strategy that you have to learn to earn some profit.
And yeah it starts slow indeed and in the beginning it is also hard to make profit with trading but you need to take the patience for it.

It's true, But I think kids can find additional money by playing Bitcoin on holiday time school. It's something that doesn't cause problems.

My kid wants to make some money.

I never cared much of those easy systems but seems it would work for him.

I gave him 2 faucets but i ALSO remember there was servers/games where one could make Bitcoin [or altcoin] just for playing.

Would you remind ?

if they are only a teenager or below i think it is not a good idea to tell how to earn bitcoin because
if they already know what is bitcoin and they are enjoying to earn because chances are they will forget that they have a responsibilities on their own life especially their study . that's just my opinion .

Yeah and I think that would be fun for them, as faucets and captcha solving doesn't required any high skills and kids can easily do that.

lmao and at the end they will find it boring  Grin Grin btw i think it will depend on how old are your children but if they are supposed to focus on their study it is not advisable to tell them about bitcoin and teach them how to earn it because if they find bitcoin is interesting maybe their focus will be on bitcoin not on their study but if they are already on college maybe they can manage their time or they can handle it without neglecting their study .

I think they should be guided bitcoin is money so  guidance of  parent is needed or any guardian but  in terms of earning bitcoins you can teach them how to invest or in faucet sites.
I don't think investing in faucet sites is something that kids can do because it actually requires quite a considerable amount of time investment and the complexity of maintaining faucets is just.. complex.

There's a minecraft server that pays in bitcoins for just playing in them and I think they'd like to try that, since Minecraft is a game that can be played by anyone, especially kids.

For sure, Bitcoin will give something for kids, as per my knowledge there are faucets games here, especially easy faucets. The kids can be played. faucets games that are very interested by this age group as well as earning some small amount. They will learn something about the future will rum by online currency.

I would give my kid (when he turns to 16+) few BTC coins on his birthday as a gift and teach him how he can earn more with the BTC and add more money to his wallets. I would still have a question that how a kids can understand how Bitcoin works though, it's better to teach them the concepts of saving money by using fiat and piggy banks.
