My kid wants to make some money.

I never cared much of those easy systems but seems it would work for him.

I gave him 2 faucets but i ALSO remember there was servers/games where one could make Bitcoin [or altcoin] just for playing.

Would you remind ?
No offence but for me you shouldn't teach your kids this kind of activities because your removing their freely to play with their friend even they want it to earn money their minds are not yet that fully develop kids are just looking for their funs and if you gonna teach them then send them to school instead so that they can learn and focus on their career

Too early for the kids to learn bitcoin, when they learn bitcoin there is a big possibility they will direct their attention to gambling. Kids are easy to be attracted with fun in the internet and since gambling is the best entertainment online they might be addicted which gives you a big problem.

And if they study well and develop some good skills they can easily earn some good amount of bitcoins in coming time because selling your services mostly gives you good profits in bitcoin world.

Well u can tell him to play games that offer bitcoins .or faucets that give away bitcoins which is not very useful .well on the other side , u can tell ur kid to earn bitcoins through signature campaign which is more efficient and likely to earn more bitcoins in the near future . Kudoos Smiley

Kids will not understand bitcoins, teaching kids how to earn bitcoins was really not advisable to teach children at their young ages, I have a four year old son and try to teach him how to collect bitcoins from very easy faucet that i have downloaded, The Bitcoin Tapper. He is collecting Satoshi regularly from that faucet but still all he know was he was just playing. I gave him a few brief knowledge about bitcoins but still i don't want him to expose early at bitcoins. he should fo
cus on his study First and enjoying the life of being a kids.

See I would recommend freebitco.in that's the most easiest way to earn it. Secondly I would suggest you make them join a ptc site, there are few that pays in Bitcoins. Then if your child is a popular and has good social reach I mean huge amount of followers and friends on Facebook and other sites take advertising projects. But avoid gambling sites for them.

Isn't that over exposing your child? I think OP's suggested faucets and games is just enough to make his kid busy... Making them do it most of their time might sacrifice their studies... earning incentives  facebook I think is a bit awkward to me, I have a kid and as much as possible I want to expose him only to my friends and relatives and not to the world...  Smiley

I understand your concern as a parent but what I have seen this days is kids are way ahead of us. Their grasping power and ability to do stuff is way too good. I am not saying they should be doing it full time maybe a half hour per day. Every kids love rewards, imagine his happiness when he or she says look dad I brought my remote control car or I brought the dress. That to saving my money and from my earnings without breaking a sweat isn't that cool?

I somehow agree with your statement about kids already ahead of some adults in terms of technology. Back in the day, when I was a kid, the most high tech item I could get a hold of was a game and watch and family computer. Now, with the technological breakthroughs and the smart phones and gadgets and the connectivity at our disposal, the kids of today know better about these stuff. If an adult can explain in simple terms what bitcoin is like to an average kid, I think it would be encouraging if that learning comes with a little earning.

I have little bit different approach on this matter. I want kids to get bitcoin but not in the way like free faucets etc. I want kids to be productive and earn bitcoins because ultimately it’s the proper way of acquiring something (there is nothing like free lunch) thus they will learn how to earn money by producing content, delivering skills etc and on the other hand they will get used to amazing bitcoin crypto currency technology.

they actually can but there is no reason to allow them do that because it would most probably be really boring and kids wouldnt like doing that for sure

Kids likes to have fun with their friends and family, so I don't think they will show any interest in earning bitcoins and they may also find it complicated.

i think if kids want to play, then maybe we can teach them to play some games with rewards of bitcoin because i know there is many games support payment with bitcoin. i think they will enjoy to play the games and beside that they learn how to earn bitcoin with the games but don't teach them with the hard games because it will make them to confusing.

For some it is cool, but for me, no, that's not cool. we are just teaching our kids to make money at early age, it's not impossible that the next thing that they will do is to "lie" or start to gamble, since they have their own money... I'd rather reward my child for keeping his toys and books or washing the plates, I'll double his reward if he play me a good music with my guitar...

But anyway, so much for that, I still prefer a child to start at faucets or the moonbitco.in -if this is still alive, since there is not much job in that...  Smiley

yes that is a fact, although bitcoin is design as for currency but still the facility of  bitcoin as a currency is not yet available every where, therefor people are using it as investment, to me kids should pay attention to their study and no need to learn how to earn bitcoins.

Let kids be kids. They are only young once.
Let them hang out with friends, playing football in thw afternoon or anything else they would like to do.
Life will become more serious for them when they are older.
A childhood should be enjoyable.
Furthermore I think all kind of possibilities had been named here if some kids really are interested to make money, bitcoin at a young age.

At a very young age kids has no interest with this money making like bitcoin earning, all you can do is install games that will earn bitcoins and there were lots of it. By that time they knew how to play with it and earn bitcoins surely they will learn slowly as they get into games because they are kids who exactly enjoyed most in games whether PC or android games. For me there is no exception of bitcoin because as a person money always matters on our daily need for survival and its important with kids to value money and its good that they play for fun and also earn for good.

You have to tell them to focus on their studies and develop talents that will help them make a real career. Because that's not the right time for them to get money from the tap, if they are educated so that they can get more Bitcoins in the future. Smiley

Remember you said the word "earn". How can they earn something in a faucet if they only incurring lost through out the process of claiming. Without the realization Electricity cost is actually bigger than what you will earn the whole day claiming bitcoin. I suggest that your kids first study about the Bitcoin so that they can contribute something in the forum, because having a sig campaign is one of the profitable way to earn BTC.

You could guide them to learn some scripting or programming. These skills are valued highly in the gaming world. Their experience could be useful in their studies and future jobs. It's not only that they could understand bitcoin technology better thanks to this knowledge, but they could sell their creations for BTC.
Your Point is valid mate. we should not only focus to guide kids how to earn bitcoin righ now. we should aim the future. kids may earn some small amount of bitcoin with doing faucets and playing games,. but this will not give them any future.
if they learn something cretive they can earn much better in bitcoin. there is huge demand of designing, programing etc.

Faucets are good only for helping them understood the mechanism of bitcoin, (that's always greatly pedagogic and instructive when entering into bitcoin world)

They don't. Kids should not spend their time in earning bitcoin. They should rather focus on their studies.

Good advice, but i think just like kids are playing games and other extra work than they can do faucets not for earning wise.
But it is not bad idea if kids spend some extra time with bitcoin like faucets and other interesting games, kids can do it easily.
Faucets will only destroy your kids future because it is a hard work with a little amount of reward and we know kids can easy be addicted so we should not expose them to an unproductive work and as much as possible we will not give them the idea about bitcoin so they can focus on their studies.

What's I want to add, is that kids need the free learning much more than the studies. That's very important thing for a kid, that and playing outdoor,  playing sports..

I agree, they will be having a hard time to understand how bitcoin was working and how they can make it into real money although some kids want to earn money but teaching them to earn bitcoin will be very complicated for them even they do know how to use and explore the internet so they will end up losing their interest to earn bitcoin. let them be a child and have fun with their family and friends because they will never go back once they reached their adulthood.
