Don´t know about yobit but when I withdraw to my wallet it´s almost instant.

Fpos (fixed proof of stake) works like a pos. Every fpos block found has 20 TCR as reward
The more coins you have in your wallet, the more chances you have to find a Fpos block and receive TCR rewards.
