What time of death has bitcoin had. Is it the 90th time its died or the 91st
I'm pretty sure it's somewhere in the 100's Roll Eyes Bitcoin doesn't seem that it will de in the near future and it won't die because most of us will keep our bitcoins and store them away.

Bitcoin can never die, its getting bigger and bigger according to time, and it will be huge in coming years challenging banks and other payment systems.

How many times have we read something like this? And this won't be the last of it, unfortunately. BTC has somehow established itself and growing everyday in terms of support from us users. It might take a lot to take down this currency, and some amount of misdeed.

It's not growing everyday - the blocksize remains full and 1MB.  In fact, if new users come each day, then each necessarily has fewer transactions per user!!!  Bitcoin is dying a miserable death from choking.

I disagree, if bitcoin is dying then it's price will not pump every time it falls down. There is always a fluctuate of its price. Means that is still fighting and no way it can be dead.

Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are.  Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast.  Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.

This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it.  Good thing too.  This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.
We might not be happy with the direction bitcoin developers are taking use. But it is safe to say that bitcoin is even remotely close to dying. It won't happen, not with the  market cap we achieved. The only problem of bitcoin for now is the solution to the block size scaling problem. This status of affairs is already attracting some anxiety and it is toxic to even talk about it. Other than that we are fine as a community.

Bitcoin is not dying, nowhere close to that. Adoption and familiarity of any alt-coin is key... But none have done what Bitcoin has - made itself known in mainstream news media enough to be inserted into the public consciousness far beyond the crypto-currency community. If Bitcoin were to suffer a major technical fault, the entire crypto community would fall with it, since Bitcoin is the connecting block between fiat and crypto on every major exchange. Whether we like the direction of Bitcoin development or not, I think that everyone with any degree of crypto-currency holdings is tied to its success. If you do not believe in the future of Bitcoin, I'd highly recommend getting into fiat immediately, wait for the crash, and if it ever happens, invest heavily in the next-best candidate for the dominant crypto-currency. Of course, if that crash never comes... You may wish that you had stayed the course with the rest of us.

And what does the system collapses? Are there any prerequisites?
In my opinion, the system is actively developing, the state introduced this system in turn. Bitcoin gradually develops and becomes popular.
Already more than once the alarmists say that Bitcoin has died or will die soon. And as you can see, it's not true.

Bitcoin died again? How many times did it already die? We must be getting to over 100 by now.
Yeah,i'm getting bored with this news,in every year at least one or two people post thread like this, and maybe just like past thread,it will not make me or us stay away from bitcoin or believe that bitcoin was died.
Bitcoin is not that dead now and it keeps just stable for a long time and not everyone has the patience for it and that is also bad for the most people.
As you can see now you see also that there are now more people that is using it because it is rising slowly.
no one can predict bitcoin, but for now clear bitcoin will be stable for the next few years, and prices are rising it is a sign that there are still many people who use bitcoin.

Yes and bitcoin is neither dead nor it will die in future, bitcoin will survive for a long time, and even if the price falls extremely that doesn't mean it is dead, it has potential to grow again in future.

if bitcoin really die someday, I hope there is a coin that could replace bitcoin, or at least cryptocurrency can survive forever.

Bitcoin will only die in future if it is replaced by some new and innovative currency which can offer better benefits then bitcoin, till then bitcoin is safe for sure.

Bitcoin is now owned and controlled by Blockstream.  Isn't that the same as being dead?

oh man, how I wish I could only have a nickel for every time I hear bitcoin is dead or any other FUD for that matter. I think I would have more than 20BTC right now.
especially the amount of FUD in the speculation section from brand new accounts (throwaways) is just unreal.

Those are few people with negative mindsets who always keep complaining about bitcoin, they want that people should get panic and dump their coins at lower price.

Bitcoin is not dead and it will be also more popular and more used now and that would be perfect for the Bitcoin but you also dont know what is going to happen with Bitcoin of course.
But the world is getting more digital and that works perfect with Bitcoin.

Bitcoin should not have to die that much early, as I have joined it recently and want to earn a lot of bitcoin online as other users are earning. I hope it will survive till the end of the world and we will earn money with that each time we want.
