There is still no guarantee that you will profit in ethereum with what is happening with it. Actually there is no guarantee that you can profit in any alt coins. Except for a few solid alt coins, they can easily be scam in just a blink of an eye.

But I think ETH is still a good option to invest, as it exists since long time and I think it will also not disappear very soon, and the other coin that is gaining more attention at a moment is ETC.

For me, bitcoin is still the best, leading, and will continue to soar high among other coins. It is just hard to rely our assets to other coins other than bitcoins. It is just my personal opinion though.

It depends on how you are going to take it, I do believe that there are some alt coins that is good to consider too for investment. It is just going on how you are going to play for your money there especially with that 10 bitcoin. It is already a big amount to start for any investment to an alt coin or even a lot of it.

If the OP decides to invest to other altcoins, it must be in a well-calibrated execution - buzz about the alt coin and bitcoin. The OP's goal shall be for a shorter period of time and not for a long haul. Even a day or two as long as the OP gets desirable profits.

Yes thats a good idea, sometimes its better to just save it instead of investing in investment company because there is no assurance that you will earn but if you dont try you'll never know. for me i will save the 5 btc and use the another 5 btc to build a business.
