Can anybody please point to a guide or post with instructions on how to install this for MacOS? This simply isn't working out at all so far, still 22 weeks behind and only 1 connection after adding the nodes to the qt.conf file

If you see the weeks behind, its syncing. Also the conf file needs to be Espers.conf, and put listen=1 so it gets all active peers from the nodes it has connected to. If you only get 1 connection, then the problem must be on your connection quality since i get 60+ on my home and server and 100+ on another server.
ALSO, I SEE THERE IS OVER 1 BTC VOLUME ON YOBIT, PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE YOBIT, THEY ARE ON WRONG CHAIN, THOSE ARE PRE SWAP COINS AND THEREFORE USELESS, YOU'LL BE BUYING AIR[/size][/b]

Can you put this on the main post? I just wasted money buying on Yobit without being aware of this.

This is literally on every page of the post, on discord many times a day, and yobit is not listed on the exchanges for a good reason. I'll ask cryptocoderz to put it up on the ann though. Do a little research before buying. Use some common sense why would it be 1 sat somewhere when its 10-15 sat elsewhere?

They are probably buing it in hopes to transfer to the other exchange or wallet

It's not like we never tell yobit to delist it. In fact a lot of people already told yobit to delist the old chain but they never listen. There's a lot of dead coin and old chain on yobit, esper isn't the only one. People should research before they invest in something. If they bother to look at coinmarketcap, they will see that yobit isn't listed as the exchange.

Volume already increased by 75% (from 1BTC to 1.75BTC) in less than an hour. If this goes on people out there will have 30 BTC's worth of worthless ESP, and no amount of research can avoid that from happening. There are tons of day-traders who buy/sell on the basis of opportunities and not research, whether right or wrong. I'm just putting this out there for the interest of the coin in general, I've already kissed my investment good-bye as it was a small one

Swap is 0.5BTC and its too late for that, all they can do is delist it, or delete the old coins and upgrade to the new chain.

Let me try to explain. I came up to a stand with Chinese food in Malaysia. It had some standard Chinese food stuff. So I ask what's the price.

The lady said: "You put in first".

So I said well what if "I put in first and no like price".

This went on a few times and she was getting agitated. SO I go put in 2 veggies I wanted 50/50. So she goes to pack the container with chop sticks and not tell me price. Finally she hands me the bag and in loud voice says:

6 RINGIT

Well for those 2 little veggies I normally pay 2 at most 3 Ringgit.

I said that's to much. She grabs the plastic bag with the food out of my hand and yells:"YOU GO NO COME BACK"

The moral of the story when you get the food on the plate and you are not a "non-normal" person like me, 99% of the time you are commited to pay the huge fee. She has you in the glue!

So I think Yobit does the same tactic, once you are in the system and you want to change your fork then fork over 6 RINGGIT!

It's a scammy way of doing business and Malasia is the only place I have seen this done! They already hate me since I refuse to "play ball". Anyway where is Yobit? How can they get away with this practice to put the wrong coin and let people buy thinking it's the right one, in what contry do they operate?

1) The homepage needs some updates, for ex the wallet download link is broken
2) Actually staking does not work. But I keep my wallet open 24/7 anyways
3) Suggest to fix it, with masternodes implemented we will see 25 - 50 sat in not time
