If you have your BTC still on your wallet, you may try to withdraw them. What happened with us is they have been in "delayed" mode before the exchange went down, and now those withdrawals have been swiped clean or removed and no trace except those email confirmations you received when you need to confirm the withdrawal.

Do not expect that nova going to withdraw your BTC from balances. They do not have that amount anymore.
The only hope they will reverse order and charge your accounts with ESP

Yep, same problem here - ESP balance gone - zero balances. WTF ?

If the guy messed up, he should rollback the trades and deposit the coins back to the wallets.

will it sound like all the other exchanges " i got hacked?  or "it was a bad employee" "ransomeware?" or simply ...... MY BAD?
wonder if even the cold storage got hacked? and i wonder if the front door actually has a doorbell or just an arrow pointing out and not in?

All in all, BTC, DOGE and ESP balances cannot be trusted, the vulnerability caused the attacker insert a transaction within deposit systems. But did not think that Novaexchange is a young exchange that doesn't bank a lot of coins. The total volume of BTC in the most important wallet was 3.82 BTC before the attack, not a huge amount but that does not mean it is not painful for some.

The attacker themselves did not get away with anything - actually it is happy users that got traded in ESP market during the last few hours that became happy they sold for BTC and withdrew everything. Which caused the wallet to go empty.

All trades and such is logged and I could technically do a rollback of all trades even if it will take a lot of time to sort everything out. Which would you prefer?
I am concidering to close down the exchange permanently once you have withdrawn your coins, unless the community gives any reason for Novaexchange to stay around. I wanted the site to become a serious player in this business with a lot of alt-coins that other exchanges refuses to trade, that was the idea behind Novaexchange.

Here are first blame dumpers on ESP... no, blame is yours, you decided to join nova when everybody had said "trade at your own risk, this is a new exchange". I decided to not join Nova, but all of us are responsable for our decisions in this wild west. Once I had tryed to join a new exchange and I lost everything, but I didn't dump responsabilities to anyone except to myself

Resugram awarned everyone to deposit and trade espers @nova at your own risk. He told that we cannot trust this exchange, and he was damn right. So, I can only thank devs for that warning
