You people changed my mind    I bought some ESP back yesterday, just to make sure I'll not miss anything. Seems that this was a rather stupid idea.

this is by no means  of the fault of ESPERS Devs and or this community! the exchange you trusted with your transactions is to be blamed and the poor judgment of the people that held capital on that exchange are to be blamed!
so please refrain from  putting any kind of accusations to the ESPERS Dev team or the community its self!

if someone tells you to go jump off a high bridge over a dried cement river ....... those that do is are not highly regarded in the IQ of normal humans those that simply disregard the statement and go about their own business  are responsible for their own actions also!

An vulnerability has opened up for a specific user give themselves an insane amount of Bitcoins. These has been used to trade in the markets, balances has been re-arranged.


All in all, BTC, DOGE and ESP balances cannot be trusted, the vulnerability caused the attacker insert a transaction within deposit systems. But did not think that Novaexchange is a young exchange that doesn't bank a lot of coins. The total volume of BTC in the most important wallet was 3.82 BTC before the attack, not a huge amount but that does not mean it is not painful for some.

The attacker themselves did not get away with anything - actually it is happy users that got traded in ESP market during the last few hours that became happy they sold for BTC and withdrew everything. Which caused the wallet to go empty.

All trades and such is logged and I could technically do a rollback of all trades even if it will take a lot of time to sort everything out. Which would you prefer?
I am concidering to close down the exchange permanently once you have withdrawn your coins, unless the community gives any reason for Novaexchange to stay around. I wanted the site to become a serious player in this business with a lot of alt-coins that other exchanges refuses to trade, that was the idea behind Novaexchange.

Here is first blame dumpers on ESP... no, blame is yours, you decided to join nova when everybody had said "trade at your own risk, this is a new exchange". I decided to not join Nova, but all of us are responsable for our decisions in this wild west. Once I had tryed to join a new exchange and I lost everything, but I didn't dump responsabilities to anyone except to myself

It's funny to see some young people (kids) in crypto, they are all around claiming their superiority and dumping with the first occasion to jump to another one! but with the first fall they start crying and blaming everyone for everything

I want to warn you from novaexchange , it is not safe 100% to trade
I searched about it on scam adviser , it has only 46% trust degree
I am not wanna use it .

I am so sorry for you guys , but that was my post from 22/4 , we must know that history repeats itself , that happen with vixtrade exchange , and happening now , I am so sad for your loss , although I didn't lose anything , but let us make it as a lesson for the future to avoid same cases .
I don't think Nova is a scam , it is just unsafe place for trading , maybe they are right when they said that they have been hacked.

Yup. i don't feel scammed by nova. it's like that some little kid tought he was a hacker and managed to shuffle things up but did not get any coins.
so that lo life failure even failed with that hacking tryout.

but it is "SO F'KING AWESOME AND COOL TO YELL SCAM!!" so that's why these children do it.

I'm also in community of loser from nova! LoL! Today sold 40000000 esper for 40000000 BTC! Did send request withdraw 0.39920000 Btc , confirm by Email and it was successful! Then it show delayed! Now, i find empty btc wallet in nova! EVEN there is no record of that transaction!

Guys any thought?

ESP didn't cause this. I never put my coin in either Yobit or Nova until im ready to sell, otherwise it's like dropping your kids off to the local drug dealer to babysit them. I just hope this doesn't affect it getting on Polo now. ESP is a good coin, my opinion originally was to keep it out of the k-mart trading sites anyways. Hopefully it will get picked up @ Polo and continue to grow.
