Maybe burn some espers then it will be valuable like BTC.
Maybe much better to think for more of usable ways for these coins burning it will not help since many already have billions of it coming from the give away. we just need to help dev for sort of an idea what will be the best new project for it.

True, coin burning is not the answer.
What would help is dividing all accounts by 10 and dropping the last decimal digit (to keep a total of 8 decimal digits).
That would automatically solve all price and exchange problems, dropping max supply from 500 to 50 billion. If you had 100 mil before, you now have 10 mil etc. I can't believe 50bn with 8 decimals is not enough for whatever uses are found.

Of course I am not trying to tell anyone one to do. The devs have said multiple times price is not of concern and that I understand. But having the coin onmany exchanges and traded at whatever price gives it exposure and that is good.
This kind of exposure is good and currently not enjoyed.

Another thing, I have no clue whatsoever how easy this division by 10 would be to implement. It might not be possible with a simple hard fork and require a coin swap, which is another reason I don't expect it to be considered seriously because it would be much trouble.

As clearly stated by the devs from the start, what they are aiming to accomplish with this currency is worldwide use. 500B will be needed when everybody will use the system. Is it possible, maybe? But my only complain is too much coins appeared too soon. But I'm pretty confident this coin as future, I feel something different.

Time will tell...

to do that would be needed a super hard fork and a coin change.... its been done before  and some with good results but many  go the opisite way!  at this point i dont think that would be a good idea.. but then again who knows. if it would be done it would take a huge amount of work from the devs and that would result in big delays in the rest of the development

Indeed let the dev works their main plan  Cool

BTW I don't know if it's new, but ESPERS is listed on coinmarketcap. For some reason, it don't show the total supply...

I also believe that nothing should be done to the total amount of ESPERS.
Let it be 500bil and let's see what it does.

as it is very clear at this point ESPERS is a long term coin and project, this is only just an alpha phase.
Hold tight to your ESPERS, future is bright even if it rains today.

This system will need espers in order to use it? If not why do you think it has any effect on the price?

Just wanted to bring this up to ESPERS community, since some people was cautious before:

https://empirex.ch/ now has that green lock!

STILL, be careful always when dealing with ANY exchange! DO NOT use exchanges as banks.

Secure emails = 1000 ESPERS + 1 ESPER per byte of message, with a practical maximum of maybe 16k message (any longer and it's too long and might get kicked out of the transaction or something wierd.) So a typical message would be 2000 to 3000 ESP, plus transaction fees. Maybe something like that.

That's just an idea, I don't know how it would work.

When it will be possible to mining a graphics card?

You already can with AMD cards.  There is a custom made sgminer that was released last week.

The source code is available here: https://github.com/CryptoCoderz/sgminer_HMQ1725
The Windows release is available here: https://github.com/CryptoCoderz/sgminer_HMQ1725/blob/master/release/sgminer_build_HMQ1725.zip?raw=true

We are still waiting on ccminer for nVidia cards to be finished and released.  Once it is it should be posted in the thread as well as in the OP.

I should also note to anyone that was trying to mine with their integrated Intel Graphics cards that you cannot mine with them.  Intel never released a devkit for their cards, so no program can be compiled to use them.

I'm mining with my NVIDIA 970M with no issues

I didn't clarify.  You can mine with nvidia with sgminer, but you will not get anywhere near the hashrate that you will with ccminer when it is released.
