I'll leave it to the CPU.  My brain while well functioning in some areas doesn't seem to work well enough to solve these puzzles on it's own.

Yes FCN (coin) is working fine, but that does not help much if fcn (dev) is not around to direct the coin.

The chain is working but the dev is gone for almost a year. So that means it is dead. There is a bot though on cryptopia but I dont know who would put a bot on an abandoned coin of which the chain is working.
