What are your other team members doing? For example UX dev should already be working on the Desktop Wallet design aspect already because what else are they doing right now?

You should employ parallelism for independent tasks. UI design for wallet should be started right now if there is bandwidth.

Nathan is currently getting himself familiar with the Rise-core code base. Richard is doing UX research for crypto-currency wallets. We are actually meeting tonight to discuss the best way to handle a simultaneous release of Web and Desktop UIs.

No bounties have or will be paid out until mainnet is released and the ICO has ended on June 24th.
