rise going up little by little, i wonder what would yobit do?  

RISE will be listed on Yobit at the moment ICO close, just 1 hour later max... that is why dev should release all wallets at that time for a fair trade. Maybe Poloniex and Bittrex won't be ready but we will avoid situation like Lisk and Waves on Yobit.

Yobit again will list RISE even if it s not officially released ? There ought to be guidelines for this . It really shakes the market badly.
