I think your roadmap is actually more interesting and thought out than LISKs'.
Let's see where this will lead you.

I agree on this. I like the Acre project where Rise holders can earn a return on real estate. I'm waiting for more details on that.  

To answer both of your questions Acre is intended to be a real (brick and mortar) business that will be founded once the ICO has completed. This means there will be a registered company number and company directors who are accountable to everyday running of the company and legal framework based on the country in which Acre will be founded. In this case Acre would be created in France and therefore abide by French law.

Depending on the success of the ICO it will allow Acre to take place. If there is enough btc to cover legal expenses and initial development then Acre will be founded. If there is not enough raised during the ICO we can attempt to launch it later on down the road. To protect the Rise team we will be taking full legal advice to make sure everything we do with Acre is 100% legal and not going to land anybody in trouble.

Acre will be a property development company that's sole purpose is to generate profit in the Real Estate sector.

Most of the work during the construction would be completely in house (for initial projects).

Acre would have it's own dedicated team, overseen by myself which includes architect for drawing and submitting of the build plans to local authorities but also for constructibility and profitability stages. Acre would also have a team of builders (myself included) who would do everything from laying of the foundations to building the of the walls and concrete floors (or other materiel based on the project at hand) right through to finishing works including, plastering (drywall) plumbing and electrics. Basically it'd be a complete real estate development package funded initially by Rise and returning continuous payouts at completion of each project to holders of RISE and ACRE.

At it's simplest level it could be a way to invest in real estate projects using cryptocurrency by converting to Rise. Holders of Rise are automatically allocated Acre tokens.

There will be much much more info to come out as we move along but keep asking questions and I'll do my best to answer.

Here's a response by Justin (lead developer) to a similar question asked earlier today.

So how does RISE differ from LISK?

In code, at this point, not very much.

We picked LISK as a starting point due to how it was designed to run Smart Contract, Dapps, and had an easy to use, nearly ubiquitous programming language as it's base, to have the widest possible audience to start with.

We are going to change the codebase to move away from Relational database as a backend, and use an object / document oriented database instead. This will enable flexibility in building Dapps data stores, since this style of database is traditionally schema-less.

We are also going to build in LetsEncrypt, to ensure all Nodes have SSL encrypted and Enforced, Nodes will be built automatically either utilizing docker or a shell script. (This is similar to what LISK does)

Additionally, we are going to be running consistent security audits on the entire infrastructure, utilizing a holistic approach to penetration testing that I have used in the past. We will combine black-box penetration testing with authenticated vulnerability scanning. This of course will include social engineering attack vectors to ensure that our network, infrastructure, and codebase remain clean. Of course, the community can help with the code base, as it will be kept current on github.

Initially, we will be running all delegates, and we will always maintain a total of 101 nodes with 101 delegates. After the ICO, we will also form the "Rise Vision" foundation - more details on it's structure will be to follow, but ultimately it's goal will be to steer RISE into the future.

Our biggest difference is we are not going to be a Code Only Application development platform. We will enable GUI based Smart Contract / Dapp development through our Web, Desktop, and possibly mobile applications.

I am working on a white paper detailing this, along with our roadmap for feature development and other details about our security posture, GUI dev tools, ect.

i'm not investing in fact in all those ico, there are chances that only the big one will be successful like lisk, the other are doomed to fail, look for example at etheruem clone, they did fail at the end, but everyone was expecting the same value of ethereum, from expanse and shift at the beginning, so don't invest in too many ico

Some of those that copied ideas actually came to be better than where they came from. And this is because they already know how to previous idea fail.
Eth and Lisk still didn't successfully become one of  the top used coin in the cryptoworld.  I can see rise has better road map so this has to have a potential.

Does look promising although I'm always sceptical of these things. Then again you only need one good ICO to make up for the fails.
