How does the tracking work? Once somebody clicks on your link and registers you are locked in as their official Affiliate (referrer) to the program. If they register right away but wait until the end of the ICO to invest, then you are still eligible for the 3%.
If a person clicks the link but fails to register immediately, as long as they don’t clean out their cookies, if they then return at a later date to register, you will still be locked in as their referrer.

One of the best practices for being an affiliate is to be up front and honest about your affiliation and what you will receive. It is their choice whether they want to click on it or not. So trying to trick people into clicking on your link will only lead to a failed campaign.

Rule #1 which is HEAVILY ENFORCEDIMPORTANT: If the Rise Vision Team sees your tracking link in any bitcointalk forum post then you will be disqualified from the program. (However, if you choose to place your tracking link in your signature that’s fine).
