Rise is a copy-paste coin and there is absolutely no fixes/development nessesary...
Lisk (Crypti) devs solved forging problems months ago, but Rise devs even dont know how to merge these commits into Rise git repo...

Oh.. didn't know... if you are right, and if Rise team could handle solving this issue before LISK team it would be a shock as well for early RISE ICO dumpers, as well as for LISK community (fame brings fast).
...but it is only wishful thinking
