Yep and every file changed is the word LISk to RISE  Grin

What a joke, ive sold my stash, i tried to be positive and not listen to everybody, bit this was simply a cash grab from a group of very unorganised non competent kids. At least hire people that are competent for the task, the roadmap is months behind and you have not even started on it

Instead claiming that you have spent two weeks on the delegate fix, yet in actual fact you waited for lisk to fix it then copy and paste with no credit and claimed your team fixed it.

Absolute joke. God help investors if san2ok pulls his buy wall @1000sat.. Thats all thats holding rise up.

There is 0 progress, 0 development, all we currently have is a 10minute clone.

You really think there are 424976 instances of the word Lisk?  Tongue Tongue

rise is dead for yobit why Huh

Because yobit sucks.

Yobit is not really a place to trade if you have a choice but my funds have always been safe on there. Stick to bittrex for trading, why would you want to trade at yobit anyway if you never had to.

You should actually just move your coins from yobit.  There were users shouting their account was blocked to which they turned out to be banned.
you might not be able to get them back. it would be safe to just keep small amount may be less than $50. They're not as good as you think.

This is not a progress, the team just copy and paste Lisk code.

Your team hasn't got devs...

They claimed they hired 2 new devs, but no news now, I don't think it is real because they pay them 1 month salary and did nothing. Terrible fund management.

"Donnaruma is pursuing more investors, applying for Maine Technology Institute seed grants and researching state and federal start-up help."

what the absolute fuck. 1.6mill wasn't enough to retire comfortably with hookers and cocaine.

the article mentions nothing about rise, just other false promises and software which investors are waiting for.

this guy is beginning to look like Moolah.

It is already one month, but nothing has been down, I am impatient with this project, it has no future at all. All roadmap things are empty promises.

Just to add something to the recent allegations. I pointed out something they could just have forgotten. It's not a big deal, I just wanted to remind them. For projects this size it really takes a long time in the beginning to get the ball rolling. It's always easy to talk bad about a project. However, I personally hope to see something comes out of RISE. I fully believe every legit player wants to contribute to the blockchain industry as much as possible, some can do more others less. However, every legit player has good intentions.

Max thanks for following up. I don't want to get into a public back and forth, but I had sent you a message via skype that we had received your message on saturday.  Grin

If you go look it should be there. It's all good though.

On a side note, nice podcast on cointelegraph. I finally got a chance to listen to it last night. Good things definitely coming down the pike for Lisk.

Dev Update

Hey all!

I have neglected to address this already, so I figured I would address it prior to anyone getting the wrong ideas about what we are doing.

Rise Vision Foundation is working with my company, Don’t Panic Consulting, L.L.C. to provide a long-term, stable future for the Rise Platform.

Most cryptocurrencies fade away after a year or so. Their initial funding runs out, and they stop development, they stop communicating, and they stop being useful to the community as a whole.

This is something we wanted to avoid with Rise. In order to do that, we raised money during the ICO to initiate a ramp up in development. This money is being spent primarily in development, some of which being paid to Don’t Panic Consulting for development services. I, through Don’t Panic, have pledged to support Rise Vision Foundation with at least 2 full time developers until the Roadmap is completed, after which, Don’t Panic will allocate development resources as necessary to continue supporting the Rise Vision Platform.

In addition to this, Don’t Panic is using the Rise platform, and the Rise Blockchain to design and build other advanced systems, specifically, legislative and municipal management systems. I believe these kinds of applications, along with large value transfers, is where the real strength of the blockchain lies.

Don’t Panic is working on sponsoring a TEDx event in the Lewiston / Auburn, Maine area, to discuss blockchain and related applications, and bring a few more eyes to Rise. My Blockchain talk will be posted to the TEDx Youtube channels, as required by TED, and will be viewable around the world after the conference.

Don’t Panic, and myself, believe fully in the Rise Vision Foundation, and Rise Platform, and we are going to do our best to make it succeed. This does not mean that things will be done quickly, or that things will be pushed out due to community pressure. Things will be released when they are ready, and when they have been properly tested.

This is my last update for this week.

Justin R. Donnaruma

I have a question - why don't you disable reward system till real delegates start to take place from current genesis ones? With each block awarding 15 RISE it means you already have almost 2 million new coins from those rewards itself that's almost 2% supply increase for the dev team. I don't mind it, but I don't think it's fair for ICO investors who helped you raise 1700 BTC+ and you also set aside a dev RISE fund of 9m and now even rewards are yours ...

We planned to use the supply from the Delegates to give out to community developers for meeting bounties on code projects, and / or for DApp rewards and contests. That is why we haven't disabled the reward system.
