The OP is indeed in dire need of an update. The team is going to update it within the next 48 hours to reflect the current status. 

The expense report was supposed to be published last week.  It was delayed because the team has been all hands on deck to steward the handover process currently in progress of all the critical Rise platform parts from the old dev team to the new dev we have contracted and it has taken all of the attention and priority. Nevertheless, the team will make sure to get the report to you by Sunday latest. Thanks.

Yes and do not touch a penny of the money in that report!! The community did not agree to get new dev to fock it up again and fuse the remaining of the ICO. Send us the report and the community decide what to do with the remaining of the ICO...its our money not yours..So do not start doggy business again with our money.

We have partnerships with IBM and Microsoft. As for DApps, we've had people reach out to us but nothing confirmed.

About the partnership with IBM and Microsoft, do you have a SOW agreement? Maybe you can show the contract with IBM and Microsoft, it will give ICO a extra boost.

Will there be a detailed 8k report on how the money has been spend? How much those people are earning per hour for creating those DApss?

Will you register your coin at SEC? Will RISE have a main office were people can contact the team localy? What will be the registration number?

I believe those are all valid question for a ICO that raise almost $1,000,000

RISE, and it's status under SEC rules, will be investigated after launch. As our primary focus is the Distributed App Platform, and not the currency that backs that platform, I'm not sure we qualify. But that will be determined with the help of a lawyer, if the answer is found yes, we of course will be listed under SEC rules. If anyone can point to some precedent on this by any US court or the SEC itself, it would be much appreciated to be brought to our attention.

Rise will have a main office in Lewiston, Maine, USA, and we will be registered in the state of Maine as a nonprofit corporation. This process will start immediately after escrow has been released. We plan on hiring a few people locally to have a physical presence, but the majority of work I expect to be done by a distributed team of community members. The Developers already involved will continue to be involved in the platform's continued forward motion.

i also lose in this shit but not much, I saw something weird when price fall from 1600 to 500, and then price stable in 350-450 sat. Developer not deliver development progress or even give buy support in exchange. If dev still give buy support i guess this coin still have 2k sat

i doubt they'd do that. they've already prepared for all these which is why they have the foundation of their own for their legal. the guys did everything to get funds they wouldn't be refunding nor buying thier coins back. they'd just put it all on you for all that happen. they just blame it to all the dumpers.

I'm visiting this thread from time to time to check if its website has been fixed but it appears that it is still under construction. I still have some coins in it from the ICO time and would like to transfer it to some exchanges. Do any of you knows when the website would be fixed?

seems that scam devs found another github depository to steal from. Seriously guys, don't you see that those devs can't do programming at all - all they want is to steal code from another project. They realised that lisk wasn't 100% fast win win project, so they decided to change concept - to steal from another perspective coin.

The only reason why they don't wanna compete with lisk as you mentioned, is that they want to wait till lisk will do all the job, and they just copy paste the code. The only way the price will move is down..till 1 satoshi.. sad but true. sorry bagholders and icoinvestors.

It is possible to refund the partial fund. While they are all big scammers, we won't get refund in this case. If it is a legit team, we may get surprise from honest devs, but terrible thing is that Justin and Nathan are pure scammers, do nothing job and took the salary. Unbelievable and shameless scammers.

Feel sorry to the user who invested 5btc to RISE team. He thought its going to be a profitable investment during that time.
If you have invested to an ICO, be prepared to lose. You need to dump the token during its release unless the ICO team burns the unsold coins to there will be no inflation.  Let the team continue the project because they are still interested to.

ICO price was 2k. Current price is 190. Dev team can buy back tokens at 1/11th of the price. Just put in a buywall of 10% of the funds so guaranteed no further losses.
