If its really very urgent then i will ask my friends for help and get some loan from them and continue to search for work and will pay then whenever is will earn some amount.

What is clear is the first real job. If our work can not be sufficient for our needs, we would not want to borrow relatives / family / friend of ours. And lastly there is no choice but to borrow from the bank.

A real job might be pay-per-hour or salaried, it doesn't have to be one or the other. That being said, there isn't always enough money coming in from the job to sustain themselves, and they might have to look at loans or other forms of government assistance to keep their living standards and income relatively up. And personally speaking, as long as someone is working, I think the government should be happy to give them assistance. Those who aren't working for reasons other than some sort of disability or legitimate inability to find work shouldn't be helped.

They allow to get registed at one single company to make the discounts to retire, but you can have more then one work but without the discounts, meaning you can earn 4 salaries but just one will be regulated, the others will be like an extra source without the governement know about it.

Yes, you can also borrow even if you are in a private sector but they have always the difference of amount would be lend to you.
